Wow, so many people saw the great PR from the phenomenal year-end report, that there’s almost been 1000 shares traded today at $.20. My gosh that’s almost $190 worth of investment response.

With the incredible job, the new CEO has done, properly promoted, we should be at least two dollars, and back to where it was in the old days before the bogus FTC lawsuit initiated by our worried competitor. If new eyes learned about the disruptive technology, they would be looking like a fool again and again if they did not buy these cheap shares.

Big swings here while trying to hold up to $.30.Ah, good old Penny Land.

The IVDN fiscal first quarter results are due by March 15th for the 3 months ending January 31st. As I said, at the moment IVDN is not delinquent on any financial reporting and the most recent report, which is the company's fiscal 2024 10K, is on file.

That’s great! I haven’t seen it yet but what were the first quarter results?

Searay this is only a penny stock because due to horrible dissemination of information. Nobody knows about it. Think about this, we literally have the only material in a multi billion-dollar industry, that with added major governmental code requirements that makes our material even more valuable. Where do you think this stock price would be if Dupont or Corning has what we have, but knows how to let the world know?

As previously mentioned I see these stocks promoted with a real PR company like Red Chip that have nothing close to what we have in terms of total disruptive technology, that is needed in so many different industries not just construction/building, that go from penny stocks to up to $30/$40 a share. Companies like that are spending money that they are hired to do, on the media outlets that gets immediate returns.

I understand from the previous leadership of the company, who made inconceivable strategies, as far as doing what was needed to do to get their earnings out on time, which is why the stock is now trading on the pink sheets. Having said that, anybody who learns and is educated about the Insultex house-wrap with evacuated cells creating the amazing R-value, would want to buy the stock however they need to do to find it trading.

All the company's financial reports are currently up to date and the last filing of the 10K for the full 2024 fiscal year demonstrated that IVDN has now reached the important milestone of profitability.

However, IVDN management still needs to take some steps to fully restore the stock to its previous OTCQB tier status which was lost when the accountants were unprofessionally very late in completing their job. I have every confidence that the new CEO of IVDN will get the stock restored to its proper OTCQB status soon. When that happens there should be much more investor attention on the very impressive corporate and sales growth taking place here. Until then, it is not that surprising that trading volumes are lighter than they should be, although I note that the bids have been improving and most of the trades being executed are on the ask prices.

pitcook, one never really knows with a Penny Stock if it will really make a substantial move up until time ultimately proves it so. I am in here until or if IVDN ever stops it’s revenue increasing days. Meanwhile, even though IVDN is a very small company, I have to say that I am surprised that this stock, even with little exposure, is not trading more shares per day, week, month. As we are continually seeing, it is going to take legal reported news to move this stock, especially in current times.

Searay, I was wrong. Our current PR team is getting out the big volume. We have a giant 143 shares traded. Somebody went deep into their pocket for almost $43.
I guess I am looking like a fool again and again, not seeing what a great job they are doing to promote the amazing job the new CEO is doing.

Searay, it is what it is, and that is this is a publicly traded stock, for a company trying to compete for it's share of the multi-billion dollar House-wrap industry. The superior product of the Insultex evacuated cells, also makes them a partial player in the Insulation's billion dollar industry. This is something, at this point, that no other company has.

I like you have been singing the praise to any and all, and that has brought in $100,000's of private and public investment, because this is not a hard sell. It is not even a sale. It is merely an education. Once someone learns, they either buy the stock if they are investors, or as shown by the last Q's and K's, buy the product if they are in the Building Industry.

So this is the BIG LEAGUES, and we are trying to compete with multi-billion dollar companies. So we need to do what they do, spend the money for real extensive publicity in Trade Journals, Press Releases in real Financial Outlets, etc., not some meaningless digital advertising sections where compared to the industry leaders we are relatively "looking like a fool again and again". These current releases are getting less than even $100 in purchases a day.

The amazing job the new CEO is doing, needs to be seen by all in the Investment, and Building outlets. If so the stock would be now at least 1-2 dollars. His leadership in getting more distribution outlets, to help keep up with the growing demand, will continue to blow away Comp sales. Word of mouth is great but, while I have been doing this post, I have seen 6 different RED CHIP promotions on tv. These are so professionally constructed that it makes you want to buy the stock, before others make the share-price higher.

Pounding out these major sales/profitability releases, where it actually does something for the stock, time after time, big money and eventually, one of our many competitors that want to either keep any market share, or if smart want to dominate the market, will be knocking on our doors They will be begging for either a partnership, or the license to sell a moisture barrier with an actual CONTINUOUS INSULATION R-6 Value (see new Govt regulations- another reason to be doing real PR's)

Those of us smart enough to realize the upside of this disruptive technology, and are buying as much as they can, will look back and laugh at how we knew about this Golden errr now Platinum Goose. These old copy and pastes on this message board are obviously meaningless, since there are rarely any new eyes researching IVDN. As they say, you need to spend money to make money.

pitcook, it is what it is. As long as going forward, each new quarter shows continued revenue increases we will be fine. I am betting on being fine with my load of shares. I am looking forward to that conference call and getting more information in what is happening overall with IVDN and asking if we, the shareholder ‘s, could help by way of spreading the word about our business through circulars etc to supply houses and contractors about IVDN and its super product that will maximize in helping everyone save money and keep everyone dryer, warmer, and, or cooler.

Oh my I stand corrected. They have brought in massive buying of 340 shares. Somebody almost spent $70 worth of stock!! I know they always show a most active volume list at the end of the day, it would be hilarious if they had the least active stock of the day.

To your point, everything is moving upward! Greater sales, first profitability, increase production, etc. It is the proverbial if a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears it… I would wait until we are back on the regular NASDAQ, but once that happens, they need to get with a PR firm that actually promotes it so we’re still not like the tree that fall in the forest. Once properly “PROMOTED “ more Brokers and Investors will learn about our incredible disruptive technology, and will invest money in the stock, as well as opening us up to many new potential customers that want to save money on new construction, or save tremendous energy costs on remodeling.

Watching all three major financial television networks, RED CHIP is always promoting different stocks, and in most cases you see medium to major increases in the share price. That’s what a real PR company does. Imagine a commercial talking about our product and showing pictures like a northern snowstorm with no snow on anybody’s roofs, but a house with a new room addition with our Insultex also used on the roof, there are 4 inches of snow still there. If a picture is worth 1000 words that picture would be worth at least five dollars per share increase.

Every move the new CEO makes based on the sales results we are seeing from the Year End, and what we expect from the first quarter has been perfect. So I look forward for him to find a real PR firm that actually has clout with Wall Street and active investors, to properly promote the company the way it should be. Not the way it is being done now. The proof as they say in the pudding is that with the recent tremendous PR is put out, there literally is not any buying.

Hopefully we will hear soon of when that conference call will be held, we need more than what has been taking place to just keep this stock up to just even to where it has been resting, $.30.This stock has been reacting just the opposite as to what it had been doing the last few years, meaning, before, without the revenues coming in it was holding up decently then the revenues improved dramatically and now this stock is down a bit when it should be up a bit from at least, $.30, never know what is really going to take place in reality until reality takes place. Hi Texas, the news from IVDN just keeps getting better and better, especially with the company turning profitable now. The stock pps certainly does deserve to climb from here. One more issue the company needs to take care of is getting restored to their OTCQB listing status and now that they are all caught up on reporting they can do that.

When the OTCQB relisting happens the range of investors and brokers who can deal in IVDN stock will improve significantly and that should be coming up reasonably soon. As for product sales, I would like the company start advertising directly in the building industry too but from what we are seeing in the news, IVDN is selling all they can produce right now and also working to increase production capacity. Overall, 2025 is shaping up to be a record breakout year here even if we have some bumps and growing pains along the way.

Hi Elvispolaris, glad to see you here and that you are already an IVDN shareholder. There should be no problem buying more IVDN with a discount broker like Charles Schwab or E-Trade. You will also play less commission this way.

Hey PS. I have a question. New to investing. However I do own ivdn. Bought it directly from Joe senior. I joined fidelity specifically to purchase more. I have yet to be successful make a purchase there. A plethora of pop-up error messages telling me I can’t make purchase.

pitcook, true, exposure is needed letting the folks know in the right circles, where this product will help folks benefit the greatest in insulating while saving money. We all can probably help here by asking this CEO if we can mention IVDN and its product to our local construction supplying companies and any related to installing insulating products, as this is the best product currently in its field, Insultex!

I honestly think it’s more to the fact that nobody knows what is going on with this company. Only a couple handful of people follow the stock and when they put out the press release it’s negligible where it’s going. Someone needs to spend the money and put these in trade journals and major financial locations, to get more interest in the company. To your point though those that do know about the incredible properties of Insultex and the great steps the new CEO is taking to drive more sales, we all should be buying more on the open market. It’s like we have inside information, but this is all public knowledge how well the company is growing their business and profits. It’s time to kick up the PR and go to where the people who needs and want to know about us actually can learn about us.

I am surprised,, even though that everyone is waiting for the first quarter’s figures to be reported on The OTC Site, that we are not seeing some more IVDN stock trading taking place. It shows how much folks today want to legally see on a Federal Site as to any information about IVDN before they will really respond in total belief. I feel sorry for some of those folks, as to they may miss the opportunity here to catch low prices of this stock. This is just my own opinion, everyone must do their own research as to come up with their own decisions on wether to buy, hold or sell this or any other investment.

The IVDN fiscal first quarter report is due this month too (the company's fiscal Q1 closed on January 31st). We have already been told by management that this report will continue the rapidly growing revenue surge that has been been delivered in the last two reports. IVDN has already turned profitable and is on-track for an all-time record earnings year in 2025.

The company is now current on all its required financial filings but still needs to regain its full OTCQB listing status. Being caught up now they are eligible to do so. When the OTCQB listing is restored there should be increasing attention here. The growth story coming together at this time has already made the company a success. The stock price will catch up.

Todays non response by this stock’s very little action could be because many folks, in todays world, want to see figures and statements of a company reported on a site that it legally reported to, The OTC Market Website whereby it has been Federally noted as such.

Unfortunately, the fact that only 100 shares have traded so far shows that not enough of the right people are reading this information. This needs to be on building websites and trade magazines. If the golden goose lays eggs in the wilderness and nobody knows about it… Lol.

You hit on a big point, and as great as our business growth is now, it’s probably not even 5% of what it will be when we get certified confirming the R –6 properties of our Insultex house-wrap. As you are seeing with your local municipalities, and on a much greater level with the major national home builders, because our product saves so much cost in new construction, inspectors are requesting updated certification.

Mcfish, that’s OK, meanwhile those who keep nibbling at this stock may be rewarded more for getting in around the current price. As long as the revenues keep moving in the right direction the rest will take care of everything else. I am not saying to buy, hold or sell IVDN as everyone must do their own research to come up with their own decisions. MOO

I have co-workers there and have been looking. 
As builders we would love to adopt the r-6 wrap. Definitely would make our live easier.
Problem is local municipalities aren't buying in and accepting the manufacturers claim.
I've spoke to and passed along links about Insultex. I've received and gave away samples with literature from the Company.
It's gonna take time.

How do you know they don't? Actually we do have representatives meeting potential customers in Vegas.

Our material will also have a presence in at least 3 future major Trade Shows, with booths in Phoenix and Atlantic City to name a couple. This is a completely improved and more efficiently run company with Mr. Riccelli Jr. running things. I look forward to seeing the Year-End K report. I was really hoping they would have a presence there.

500%. That would be a high percentage if you’re buying a regular stock that is not totally unique to an industry that needs its product even more with the government new building code. Thanks to the way the new CEO is directing things, when the year end K, Q1, and continuing quarterly reports come out, and the demand for the Insultex House-wrap continues to boom, the stock should be 30 or 40 times higher than it is now!

Once we get updated and Certified, where all the major National and International home builders, do not have any inspector issues, saving them all the money our product will do, there will be a line at our door for an auction. They all (house-wrap and insulation companies) will need to either partner or license our material, to maintain any market share, and the stock should be way more than $20/$30 a share and I’m being very conservative.

Everyone on this board, because if you are you know all about the features of our evacuated cells product, are at an advantage of basically knowing major inside information that of course is all public. You all as I am doing should be buying up as many cheap shares as we can on this open market. Once the rest of the world discovers this through properly placed PR’s, we will all be looking back and saying- - did I take full advantage of this disruptive technology that is so esoteric, that literally probably less than 50 people really know and understand about it?

If the answer is yes, then we all should be making hundreds of thousands if not even even millions of dollars of profit!

Are sales limited by the amount of product the company can produce monthly?   In other words are they running at full capacity with the labor levels they have?

Would the company have to invest in machinery to get sales up to say, $1 million per month?

Mr.Stock pick, maybe Junior, as you say, is working on getting accredited investors etc along with all the bitter ends together and that is taking yet, more time. We also have not heard anything yet on when that conference call day will be. Time will tell all.

In general it is perceived as a negative UNLESS you want to consider it a temporary thing done by Junior on purpose so that he can allow accredited investors in without them having to pay a premium if they buy at the market and push demand up and share price up. So he may be discussing some financing options with accredited investors. We will know in the next month or two. pitcook, good to hear from you. The OTC is not to patient with IVDN in producing what is needed to get caught up. Looks like it is going to take more time in the current CEO getting caught up with things, including the final current certification. Got to keep that light at the far end of the tunnel on.

I'm confident that JR jr, is on top of things, and this will not be for long. He is not only all in, driving this remarkable increase in sales, but still must clean up from many of the issues that made up dropped from the regular trading board.

Does anyone have anything to say about IVDN being back so soon into The Expert Market category? Even though more revenues are coming in, this is not the way to run a company that is suppose to be on a better footing than ever. Reporting on time each quarter and yearly should be a priority. JMOO
