Have all the shares I'm ever going to buy and have been holding holding holding. Know there's only a small chance a window of opportunity will arise, but if and when it does, I'm not going to miss it. Thanks for your thoughts.

Strickland has had many shells in the past. Many have had mergers. Many have risen from the $0.0001 grave but I couldn't tell you how many were actually legitimate companies nor how many actually survived. Many turned out to be pure pump and dumps. As the SEC slowly cracks down on OTC scams the number of massive gainers diminishes. Can you make money on a JAMN merger? Maybe, if you don't overstay the flippers or the miracle happens and you become a millionaire. Play at your own risk.

Well, it isn't really the shell itself that am bearish on, though it does have its share of problems. I am bearish on Strickland, who is notorious in the OTC realm for doing these junk mergers. Obviously finding a merger is not as easy as you believe. If they were then why are there so many clean shells available and even more of these dirty junk tickers? Most of these cheaper POS tickers get used for pump and dump scams, and coincidentally enough, Strickland just happens to be around many of them.

Why are you Bearish on an OTC Ticker that is trading Pink Current and filings are up to date, all they need to do is find a Reverse Merger Company it is not difficult to accomplish.
