KAT Exploration would like to inform its shareholders and public
of recent events of the company's plans for moving forward.
The company has undergone a restructuring period and is now
poised to embark on an aggressive program of exploration for the
remainder of 2014 by adding new exploration targets to it
portfolio.
The company's most recent staking of 3706 acres is in a
geological setting with the potential for sediment-hosted
stratiform copper (SSC) deposits.
Ken Stead, CEO of KAT Exploration, states, "Despite the past and
recent discoveries of impressive copper showings, this is a much
underexplored area of the province that host great potential for
significant copper discoveries. We are also in the process of
examining new acquisitions we feel would bring real value to the
company's growth."
Over the next few weeks, news will be made available to the
public with regards to the exploration programs and results
thereof. The company will continue to seek funding sources in order
to support the exploration programs that will bring the projects to
their full potential.
With less than 2(two) million shares in the float the company
feels it is in a good position to raise the needed capital and move
the company forward.
