coupled with news, and continuing revs, amd small activity on website, suggests a real effort is underway.

But anchored as a pot co now... who knows what biz moving forward.

And investors should still press for details on firesale of Kona llc.

Things should start looking good, Once the reverse merger is all worked out.

Agreed. A large conglomerate does not want to take on this debt in exchange for a no name company without any successful branding or products. And they definitely do not want to be in the MJ business!

Kona has bever been a good name. The search confusion with coffee brands has always hampered their ranking in search results. I have been saying for years, that they would be best to dump it and form a unique name that can rise in the search engine rankings.

Apologies but jnj or pg are not interested in an ultra micro pot stock. Highdrate is not in production. They sold Kona gold llc (still a mysterious transaction and slam to investors).

The co cap value is now around 1mm! All time low. Even with revs of about 5-6 mm. 

The key is simply survival. IF, and it is IF, they close the deal then that alone will begin a path to restore value.

I am curious as to why the name change seems tied to deal. Why? Hoping the co retains rights to Kona Gold name and all tax loss... and that the 'sale' of Kona LLC was not a slieght of hand to hand off name and assets ( the huge tax loss possible benefit) to RC.

Once they announce the name change, then who the reverse merger is with, then announce that the merger is complete, they (the new company) need to introduce new product lines and distribution plans for domestic and international sales. They also need to supply other brand names.

I just hope a very large conglomerate will fund them and buy them out. Maybe, a Proctor and Gamble or Johnson and Johnson or a giant medical corporation, etc. IMO

Looks like they dumped another 70M just today at T2. Is the AS still in place? How close is the OS to the AS so this dumping might end? Or will they just raise the AS and keep diluting shareholder's equity?

The pot space is a mixed bag.
Not a sector that feels ripe for returns. That said it is a real biz, Been a long time since i did a deep dive. MSOS looks like it is bottoming.

But a micro player with no special angle and this backdrop? 

Side note, these arent Republicans coming in. i wish it were so.

Without going into personalities, Republicans, with a few exceptions, have historically been against legalization.

Taxation is already high, (no pun intended), but count on higher taxes, less lenience toward MJ usage, and no legalization at the federal level. Democrats didn't get it done, so now it is dead.

The big players have been losing money for years, and are only kept alive by hopes of Federal legalization, continued shareholder money, and alcohol companies trying to get into the THC drink space. I feel that money will flow away from the industry, into stocks more favorable with the incoming administration goals like Defense spending, Real Estate, and Banking (deregulation).

I see something different.

Right now this is really Covert thc sales with a possible Highdrate side (shown on site as 'coming').
Covert generates all current revs and the listed CEO and COO are both Covert founders and not associated with any past RC venture as far as i can see.
That co is alive recently adding a retail sales function to it's web site. Previous was only whloesale.
My only point is that some aspects are different.

That said no transparency on revs, actions, mgt (never any statement by either). And now long overdue on actions outlined in PRs with conflicting information and deadlines, again seeming to ignore content one release to next.

I do see (imho) accumulation of shares at this level.

But offset by another round of dilution thos mo...anothet 600 mil or so. 

Even the hype has faded into non-existence. I expect another change to the business model, meant to rook in a whole new crowd of uninformed buyers.

Nothing has changed since 2018 all hype no follow thru . Pretty sad they had a great product.

We may have 5B OS after the recent dilution activities. 5B OS is feasible in the current market. I have seen many stocks run with 10B to 15B OS. Is it possible that KGKG will not have any debt after this dilution period? If this is the case, we may see another Moonshot with this new CPG merger.

One way to read the activity is the new merger team with 20+% of OS on bid, and the ask kind of locking in the range.

LOTS of 'Ifs' and all blind but...
IF the rev's are real...
IF the revs continue...
IF the net profit is real
IF dilution does not drown results...

than 1.2mm x 4 = 4.8 mm with a current cap of 1.3 mm 

and
IF the reverse merger takes place and
IF it is in fact with a co with national real revs/profit
IF new mgt not associated with RC and actually have accomplished biz public resumes

Then... a value realizing Covert revs (4mm) and assume , blindly, twice that from merging co (8mm) and 4.5 bil shares suggests a possible .0025
