Item 5.02.                Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 29, 2015, Kiwibox.Com, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Craig Cody as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective that day. The duties of the position were assumed by the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Andre Scholz, who also assumed the title of “Acting Principal Financial Officer” of the Company.
