You couldn't be further from right. Maybe you the one that should look in the mirror and take a hard look, Maybe do a little soul searching while you at it. This company truly deserves that it's pps sits so low and the reality is, probably heading to .0001.
Do believe the only folks posting anything favorable about KRTL are either pumpers or insiders.
Even a simpleton can see what is going on with KRTL.
Frightening that Paul Riss is a team member. Just look at his track record with many other OTC companies that have completely fallen off the radar. Do you need a list of them?
It is going to be so very hard for KRTL to keep pouring on the baloney and expect people to believe it. It is so obvious they are an all talk. no action outfit. No real developments, webpage full of trendy generic goobly, gibberish trying to give the impression they really onto something big. My goodness.
KRTL doesn't stand a chance in the real business world and most people already know it. I'm staying on this forum to give the ones that don't know already a heads up about this companies past so they don't get suckered like me.
Imo, KRTL's primary goal is to release far fetched, speculative news, to help insider's unload shares. What else can it be? KRTL maintains a ZERO bottom line since day one. They been trying for over two years.
Even a monkey's uncle can figure this one out.

Imo, serious doubts remain about the ability of KRTL to actually deliver on their widely promoted activities and diverse business models.
It all starts to sound like hogwash after two + years because it still appears they are incapable of actually staking a claim in the many, so called lucrative industries promoted on their website.
Imo, it all sounds like fabricated pipe dreams if this company always turns up empty handed in its attempts to deliver on any of its many business claims and associations.
KRTL communication channels that could keep investors updated or abreast of it's accomplishments are essentially none, to far in between. Essentially impossible to get much insight into what team members are currently doing to grow the company.
Should be a real warning sign to investors because there are so many negative aspects of KRTL based on their poor performance record.
Can't find evidence that this company has turned a completed business deal that has blossomed to produce steady revenue stream for their services or product distribution.
KRTL makes great sounding claims that follow the latest trends on their website, social media, and promoted news releases. Turns out it is primarily, just lots about potential or speculative deals in the making.
Just more proof that talk is cheap. In KRTL's case, the old saying "action speaks louder than words" couldn't be more true.
How anyone can say this company holds promise after what actually appears to be nothing but negative results is astounding.

Imo, KRTL has turned out to be nothing but a lousy investment so far. Certainly has't been a money making operation for retail investors.
Yes, certainly appears KRTL isn't ever going to get far as witnessed by their lack of performance, highly speculative news releases, along with a lack of any pertinent updates over the past two + years.
Expect they will turn most all their retail investors into suckers that get the short end of the stick, before everything is all said and done.

Yes I have done a lot of research on all the prior companies that KRTL members can be associated with in the past. Want to see some of the websites links? Too bad that some of those links have aged out now and simply disappeared. 404 link error. The many speculative news releases do remain. Have it all summarized in Google spreadsheets and documentation, as well. Imo, none of results of the data are impressive and actually raises the doubt even more about KRTL’s ability to start a successful business.
With your finance background, as you describe on your IH profile, you probably already know the answers why KTRL is a huge risk too. Imo, for some reason unbenounced, i believe maybe you are just hoping investors don’t notice the level of KRTL’s incompetence.
Maybe you are a member of the.KRTL management team using an alias or hold some other kind of related interest? Ditto for PVSP, as your comments are usually a source of company updates and supportive in nature there too. How come?
Strange at the least, because both KRTL and PVSP both appear to be near the end of their rope and have been for a very long time. Why are you so interested in the welfare of these companies? Didn’t you once say you didn’t hold any shares of KRTL? What is your interest then? Are you friends or related to members of the company?
Plain to see that KRTL has had such disappointing results.
And, what is likely gong on here, is very obvious.

Maybe KRTL investors should pay more attention to the warning signs of Microcap fraud issued by the SEC on their website.
https://www.investor.gov/additional-resources/spotlight/microcap-fraud
What are some of the warning signs of microcap fraud?
Signs of Fraud
Unsolicited stock recommendation or heavy stock promotion
Be wary if the company’s stock seems to be more heavily promoted than its products or services.
No real business operations
Penny stocks that are aggressively promoted may be stocks of dormant shell companies.
Unexplained increase in stock price or trading volume
SEC trading suspension
Find out whether the SEC has recently suspended trading of the company’s stock.
Frequent changes in company name or type of business
Frequent changes in company name or business plan may suggest no real business operations.
Microcap stocks often are quoted on “over-the-counter” (OTC) systems (e.g., by alternative trading systems (ATSs)), such as Delaware Board of Trade ATS (DBOT ATS), Global OTC ATS (part of NYSE Group, Inc.), and OTC Link ATS (operated by OTC Markets), among other venues.

Where can I get information about a microcap company?
Read recent reports that the company has filed with the SEC.
You may also consider searching for company information on the websites of DBOT ATS (https://dbottrading.com), Global OTC ATS (https://www.globalotc.com), and OTC Link ATS (http://www.otcmarkets.com. However, the SEC does not endorse or otherwise approve of the information posted there. Learn more.
What If I received the stock promotion through a legitimate source?
Fraudsters may promote a stock in seemingly independent and unbiased sources including social media, investment research websites, investment newsletters, online advertisements, email, Internet chat rooms, direct mail, newspapers, magazines, and radio.
What if the promoter discloses receiving compensation to promote the stock?
Even if a promoter makes specific disclosures about being compensated for promoting a stock, be aware that fraudsters may make such disclosures to create the false appearance that the promotion is legitimate. Additionally, the disclosures may not reveal that the underlying source of the compensation is a company insider or affiliate.

Reality check alright? Maybe it suits you to remain in denial, but not me. People need to be forewarned about KRTL's lousy performance over the past two years +.
Along with all their poor performing affiliates that Paul Riss can be associated with that make them suspect of a dim future with little promise.
There are so many past indicators that strongly suggest KRTL is not actually focused on running a profitable business it isn't even funny.
IMO, appears KRTL's only option at this point is to liquidate shares to raise funds for insiders. Or maybe, the few investors that bought millions of shares @ less than a penny when the pps hit bottom.
The same ones that play the game of hoping to get rich quick by scalping a quick profit off a raising pps when unsuspecting newbies buy in on the next speculative news release.
Retail investors don't stand a chance here unless by some act of God, there is a major turn around. Doubt that will happen as well, because there have been no signs that this company can get the job done and actually has their act together as they have suggested numerous times before.
Personally. I don't believe anything this company says, proposes or promotes. In my book, KRTL is a sure-fire loser as an investment.

A KRTL investment is nothing but a sure fire way to lose your money. It is no fun lose all your money when they make a rear end of a mule out of you.
Might turn out KRTL is primarily, nothing but another scheme, of a small OTC mainly using market manipulation to unload shares.
IMO the only thing KRTL has actually produced is sensational and speculative news. Insiders and the "Get in, Get out, Buy low, Sell high" investors hold the vast majority of shares. Be very careful with this company. It has most all the RED FLAGS the SEC warns investors to look for before investing,

Sounds like wishful thinking. Keep dreaming!
Hard to measure any significant KRTL accomplishments because there's no evidence that any of their past claims have gotten any further than the drawing board or a news release. NADA. Wake up folks!
Check out the KRTL bottom line. $0 from the get go, along with a ever shrinking PPS.
Be sure to take a look at other companies like HTSC and PVSP that KRTL Paul Riss can be associated over the years that might serve to shed some light on what might happen here.
The reality is, most all past KRTL news releases, now sound like to nothing but empty promises. A lot of mumbo jumbo, in my book. The many claims that wind up unsupported.
Pretty safe, to now assume that their business model has no real promise. The company insiders hold all the cards and a high volume of shares. Imo, investors are getting dealt a bad hand and short changed in the process.
Very sad situation for any investor here. Investors better be very careful before investing any money on KRTL . No fun losing losing just about every penny on your investment.
The real truth of matter is this company appears to have proven they can not deliver on promises and has a terrible track record trying to do so.. KRTL lacks any credibility as far as I'm concerned.

Really? Investors realize this company hasn't done much except blow lots of smoke for over two years.
Too bad their established track record is an indicator that, it is hard to believe anything KRTL says, is going to actually happen or have a positive impact..
Imo, still just wishful thinking at this point coming from the boiler room, hogwash, speculative news that will most likely never amount to anything, like so many times before.
Imo, maybe better to view any KRTL news as hoax. Might be the companies way of chumming the waters so insiders can raise capital by unloading some of the millions of shares they can create out of thin air.
Don't take the bait. Better safe than sorry with this company. I lost investment dollars here already, money down the toilet. Wise up! You will likely be kissing you investment money away.
