Legends Applies for Its First U.S. Patent
August 22 2012 - 9:45AM
Legends Business Group (LGBS: PK), the company who is bringing out
the Multi-Function Charger Controller (MFCC), today has announced
that they have retained counsel to apply for a patent for their
digitally controlled MFCC. This will be the first time Legends has
applied for a U.S. patent.
"We have been working hard at Legends to bring the MFCC to
completion," said Rudy Sablon, LGBS's President and CEO. "The
accumulation of all this work has led to Legends first U.S patent
application and we feel the company is on the way to becoming
patent pending this week." Through this major step of safeguarding
the MFCC, Legends intends to ensure its success in protecting its
intellectual property rights.
According to the US Patent and Trademark Office, a patent is an
intellectual property right granted by the Government of the United
States of America to an inventor, or owner of patent, the right to
exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, or selling
the invention throughout the United States or importing the
invention into the United States.
Additionally, Legends wants to acknowledge its participants so
far in the Zombie Chargers logo competition and would like to
remind everyone that the competition is still open. To find out
