It has shut down it's Norcross,
Georgia office and has move its office to 400 Continental

United States, to expand its focus on retail sales.
SPOOFEM.COM USA, an
Oklahoma corporation, is currently
one of the largest caller ID telephone spoofing services. It
allows you to change your caller ID, text messages and e-mails.
SPOOFEM.COM's sister company LIGATT Security International (OTC:
LGTT) received numerous inquires from smaller companies with
security software or individuals who are security experts and
wanted LIGATT to represent them to market their products. CEO
and President of both companies, Gregory D.
Evans, feels changing the name to Hi-Tech Crime Solutions
and moving the offices to Los
Angeles will be the best way to do that.

This is part of the goal for SPOOFEM.COM to take Hi-Tech Crime
Solutions Inc. to the NASDAQ or at least the bulletin board.
This will expand the company's horizon so it is not just
focused on caller ID spoofing services and spyware.
