Whether they use the ticker, sell it, or partner with another company that wants to go public... there will be filings and plenty of time to decide what to do with your shares. During that period there will be a trading frenzy - buying and selling. It's anyones guess as to what will happen and when.

For anyone who has level 2 access, how many are available at .0037? I might look to grab a big lot tomorrow if they're still available.

They will never ever let us go along for the ride. The best we can hope for is seeing updates on the Nevada site and then reacting. The longer we wait after that the worse it will be when they reverse us out. It happens 99 out of 100 times down here.

This is an example of what could happen with LICH. Shila (Shiladitya Sengupta) is the founder of Alyssum Therapeutics, as well as Vyome. Alyssum just closed 26M in private “Series A” funding today. Eventually Alyssum, or any number of similar companies in Shila and Venkat’s network, will go public. LICH is on the shelf and waiting to be an IPO for one of them. It will happen eventually. Big Pay Day one day! IMHO.

Vyome officially went public today NASDAQ: RSLS. Premarket RS and now a tiny float. Major price swing today between $5 - $12. settled at $8. I think this will go really high soon. As for LICH, we are a Vyome asset in waiting for now. I take solace in the fact that we are part of a great company. Our day will come! Keep the faith!

I think you are right...I am going to try and pick up a few more shares on the cheap...I'm aiming at something happening by next spring

Vyome has many Indian Biotech startups as part of their social network. I'm LinkedIn with Venkat and Shila and I see the enormous social network they have. I'm sure LICH will either be used by Vyome for a subsidiary or sold to another Indian biotech company - Indians tend to stick together and help each other out. We'll be surprised one day. Until then, the waiting game continues...

Dead for a couple quarters imo

I think this stock is dead. No?
In order for the stock to move, a company needs to merge into the empty shell. No?
If there is some action regarding a law firm and the empty shell there is a possibility of actual merger happening. No?
Any news regarding anything related to this empty shell is super great news. No?
We all wish the merger happens yesterday. No?
Until then I will keep positive mindset and believe in positive outcome. No?

I phoned the law firm and had a chat with one of their agents. He said they have been hired by a shareholder to look into the merger to make sure it is clean...so we shall see

I found it, rsls approved up to a 1 for 60 split of their current shares so forget that idea lol

Think those lawsuit warnings are fabricated by short sellers in an attempt to cover. I've seen them on other tickers. But I do think Venkat will use this shell for something.
