Spark Compass is a real deal .. has been ahead of the curve in the whole "AI" world and carries a Registered Trademark. So that part appears real and gives the PR some support

Also, active dilution is undefeated. They can lay off for hours or days, but they start dumping as soon as they get any volume to do so.
