Appears to be essentially a shell, which has plenty of cash on hand after a infusion from a wealthy philanthropist but the share structure is lousy, looks like an almost guaranteed r/s if/when they ever find a merger or acquisition.

Might still be worth following though.

I don't, but it looks like they have not released any news since March of this year. If they would put something out it could start to move.
