LEVEL Vision Electronics Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: LVLV) today announced that it has completed design and will offer a new series of entry level handsets to Worldwide, emerging market, Telcos.

This new series of cell phones includes several different models that are entirely based on different configurations and options of the Infineon Technologies AG � - ULC(TM) and ULC2(TM) (Ultra Low Cost 2nd Generation) platforms. These new configurations will offer Dual Band RF, SMS as well as capabilities of FM Radio and Bluetooth. These phones will be sold at a very LOW price due to the volume of units of orders that are expected to be placed as well as to meet the needs and requirements of the Telcos in emerging markets. LEVEL anticipates a great response to these new products for the end of the year period.
