How's that name change you been trying to do for years now? Is it hard to do the name change or spell the new name you want? Why would you want the company to be referred to as a medical device company??

Are you struggling to convince people to buy this at .0004?? Probably because the only thing to sell is shares.  

This is a dead company and the only thing being paid is your salary. When's the offering closing?

He seems to have such disdain for shareholders which doesn't seem appropriate for a CEO
Of a public company.  

 Most of us have been in for years and the stock is down 99.9% from highs with $15,000,000 in loss of value to shareholders.  And he is mad at us because we are upset?   He wants us to buy more at this price when he isn't buying and his friends who are rich aren't buying?  

Yes we know you spent money on filings with a public stock.  That was your decision and I told you the Reg A would kill the stock in a very dry OTC with nothing running.  He told me he was a man of integrity and honor and a family man that wanted to win the right way for himself and shareholders.  

The weird thing is if he canceled the Reg A and put out news we could run big.

With it in place we go to zero and he can't sell the shares anyway.  

He would make much more money selling way higher.  

Maybe he is just angry and wants it to fail.  If that is the case I hope he sells the shell to someone who understands appropriately that stock price is a measure of success and for stock holders whether it be Apple Microsoft or META it is the primary measure of success and value.  As if it's unfair we would like the stock price higher?  

Here is hoping he does the right thing for us.  If not he lied to a lot of people personally just to get them to support his stock and simply screwed them.

-- Company can't be making money
-- Accredited Investors not making money

Thus has been a colossal failure. He is so inept here to understand the Reg A killed all interest. There were far better ways for him to raise quick cash and at least benefit all involved here for the short term. 

Now he can:

-- stay the course making no money thereby dropping the offering price eventually to .0001 still making no money and ruining a perfectly good public vehicle. 

-- find a suitor for a RM and change in control.

OR

-- close out the Reg A and actually get something done so he has people wanting to invest. 

This isnt rocket science but its always the Egos that get in the way of everyone winning.... so unfortunate what this has become
