MDEChem, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:MDKM) a Research and Development Company
is pleased to provide a summary analysis of the U.S., EPA ETV
(Environmental Technology Verification) program related to testing
of EnviroFuels Diesel Fuel Catalyzer. The ETV Report definitively
demonstrates that EnviroFuels Diesel Fuel Catalyzer (DFC) reduces
fuel consumption and harmful pollution emissions, a significant
breakthrough in the industry. -0- *T ETV VERIFIED FUEL CONSUMPTION

concludes) ...Brake-specific fuel consumption (BSFC) and brake
specific gaseous emissions showed statistically significant
improvements at the majority of operating notches. Line-haul duty
cycle-weighted BSFC and gaseous emissions also improved. Switch
duty cycle-weighted (BSFC) and all gaseous emissions showed
statistically significant improvements." The detailed analysis of
the U.S, EPA ETV (Environmental Test Verification) Program is
available for viewing at

manufactures and markets the first stand alone, patented and
EPA-verified fuel technology that reduces greenhouse gas emissions
and improves diesel engine fuel economy and performance in large
reciprocating engines. Envirofuels Diesel Fuel Catalyzer (DFC) is
an application-engineered chemical compound that creates both
catalytic and surface-conversion reactions within diesel-engine
combustion chambers. These reactions reduce the coefficient of
friction and oxidation-related energy loss and optimize the
heat-release rate during combustion. Since Envirofuels, LP
purchased the intellectual property rights from MDEChem in 2002 it
has been perfecting the patents to protect the technology for use
globally. Envirofuels has standardized production and formulation
of the MDEChem developed Diesel Fuel Catalyzer. In addition to the
U.S. EPA ETV testing EnviroFuels L.P. has been conducting
successful tests with short line railroads over the last 22 months.
MDEChem owns a 16% percent interest in Envirofuels, LP. The Limited
Partnership Agreement between Envirofuels, L.P. and MDEChem, Inc.
dated December 10, 2002 provides that Envirofuels during the
initial seven (7) year term of the Partnership will pay MDEChem a
technology fee in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the annual net
income of the Envirofuels. "The marketing opportunities for
Envirofuels DFC are staggering," stated MDEChem's President and CEO
Paul Sack, with the use of the DFC, the customer can expect the
following benefits with an overall reduction in capital spent on
fuel + DFC verses fuel only without DFC. - Lower Fuels Requirement
-- Reduced Exhaust Gas Temperatures -- Reduced Carbon Deposits --
Lower Coefficient of Friction -- Reduced Opacity -- Reduced
emissions -- Reduced engine maintenance DFC contains NO heavy
metals. NOTE: Safe Harbor Statements may contain "forward looking
