Czech state-owned power company CEZ AS (BAACEZ.PR) has signed a contract with power systems company Rolls-Royce PLC (RR.LN) to provide technical services at CEZ's Dukovany nuclear power plant for 20 years, Rolls-Royce said in a statement Tuesday.

A third signatory to the contract is I&C Energo AS, a subsidiary of Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Nyrt. (MOL.BU), Rolls-Royce said.

Rolls-Royce previously provided safety instrumentation and control systems to Dukovany in upgrades over the last decade that brought its installed capacity to 1,880 megawatts.

At 1521 GMT, CEZ traded down 1.2% at 806 koruna ($44.70) in an overall lower market in Prague.
