NutriPure Beverages, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) wholly-owned subsidiary, XND Technologies, Inc., has received final registration and trademark approval from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for the name "Nu2O," the company's brand name for its line of premium enhanced bottled water products. XND is cleared to use that name without any objections throughout the U.S. and has begun the process of trade marking the name in key international markets. Initial product formulations include "Energy," "Immune" and "Complete Nutrition," with three additional formulations, "Sports," "Joint" and "Weight Control" scheduled to be introduced after the second quarter of operations, and a total of twelve products within the first year.
