Someone should have placed a trade in the last 365 days but no one did. I make sure I place a trade in my tickers so that FINRA logic will not take them out.

I hold some that are trading with unsolicited quotes the NT-10K filed allows them more time to complete filing with the SEC , I’ve traded before with that filed as well so not sure if that’s it either. Thanks for info we’ll find out eventually my broker firm should know but hold times have been too long to wait for.

This could be why no trades are happening for NINK

Received notification from TDAmeritrade NINK will be sell only on August 13, 2021. They state the company has not met the new SEC rule for trading.
