Seems to me so far that fpa name is associated with a lot of financial companies and there's enough of them to hide amongst.

Foley hasn't used etikallc.com since I contacted the BOP Western Regional office in Stockton and advised them (well, the Director) that he was conducting business from prison. Of course cc'ed to the admin staff at Taft.

He was pimping Ultraflix on the blog, AND he was doing business for NTEK on email and during visits. He was busted.

He's been oddly quite/quiet/quit since then.
2 x 2TB hard drives of emails, recorded phone calls, letters, visitation data later ... and here he is going to prison again for scamming from prison!. Dumbass. He just can't stop himself.

REPEAT: Don't expect Davey to be rational, just expect him to be fearless and reckless.
