Someone messed up and played investors to the tune of a different ticker symbol.

I'd love to know who opened this ticker.

Joe has been clear. NUGX was not listed by NuGenerex Immuno-oncology. He said they were looking into the trading and suggested investors stay away if I recall correctly in a public CC. It is very possible whoever was involved is done selling their shares and therefore there is no incentive to manipulate the PPS. Anyone investing in NUGX is gambling.

In my understanding, down to trips from the tens of cents in a single drop is more than volatile. Especially when 80% of shareholders' NUGX (at least mine) are still restricted.

NUGX is late on their filing. As is the parent company. NUGX PPS is volatile.

"News has to be coming soon" based on what? Either way, another week without news for NUGX/NGIO/GNBT. Maybe news by 2023? lol! Go NUGX/NGIO/GNBT?

Pre IPOs do trade. Since NuGenerex is a pink sheet and pre IPO they probably get NUGX.

Just grasping for reasons why this is mired down. Generex has received approvals, so it isn't like they don't know what they're doing.

Who is behind the trading? I am not sure but I would love to know the details myself. No way Generex management doesn't know. Just like they knew CM was behind the sell off from $3.

I wound up giving in and got the Pfizer vaccine. Couldn't hold off for the NGIO trial as much as I wanted. Feel let down by our management team. My luck, they will announce Monday they are starting human trials.

How can a company have so many problems? There is no conspiracy here. Somebody had a lot of dividend shares to sell and didn't want to wait for Generex to get the IPO done.

Problem for Generex they are in a financial battle with much more experienced savvy players they themselves invited onto the battlefield.

Don't care if those shares were restored Sauceman, how is it you have NUGX as a symbol? And why is this allowed to trade under that symbol if not IPO'd yet, and not NGIO~?

Of particular interest is: "...It has come to the attention...created without the Company’s or NuGenerex’s knowledge...without any authorization from or participation by the Company...the NUGX symbol will no longer be active."

What exactly does it mean "...will no longer be active." Will it just disappear or be replaced? HOW IS THE COMPANY SO HELPLESS AND IGNORANT to something going on with its own stock? How is SEC involved?

In my own eyes this does not fare well for NUGX, NGIO, or GNBT.

The 80% taken from my holding was assigned a new cuspid number, but now is mysteriously back in my NUGX holding. It is called "Nugenerex Immuno Oncology Inc Common Stock (PC)" It's OTC BBN : NUGX. What's up with the NGIO/NUGX controversy? And how does anything like this happen APART FROM THE COMPANY? How does the company seem to be unknowledgeable? Do they have control? Seems fishy to me. Smells like BasS.
