Nutroganics, Inc. (NUTT) Closes Acquisition of NuStar

BETHESDA, MD--(Marketwired - Apr 14, 2014) - Nutroganics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NUTT) ("Nutroganics") announces the closing of the NuStar Manufacturing, LLC acquisition, a state of the art, specialty, nutritional manufacturing facility in Orem, UT. NuStar is an FDA, USDA Organic, and Kosher certified facility, which specializes in manufacturing liquid, gel, and powder nutritional supplements in single and multiple dose flexible packets, pouches, and containers. NuStar's capabilities include formulating, sourcing, blending, mixing, batching, filling, and packing nutritional products for customers. With approximately $3 million in operational revenue in 2013, Nustar expects its 2014 revenues to be even higher, given its existing sales pipeline and deal opportunities.
