not at this time. some stuff is pretty novice and it bugs me. i.e public stock photos/videos. Would like to see u-neak publications and content. this to me tells me a lot about the skill level of ADF working on the marketing materials and bluntly i am not a fan.

The thing that keeps me around is the medical team that is In trusting ADF and others to execute and get these products to market and this makes me upset for them.

Habe you reached out to ADF or the other executives by chance?

what's next for omnihealth? we will see. keeping eyes glued to fda publications, sec filings, website relaunches and additional proof of concept beyond word play. but first I think a new CEO publication with what we've been up to.

yeah I mean now it doesn't matter cause case got tossed but I'd be happy to do this for the beginning to end due diligence I've done here. would be a neat piece to put in the history.

ADF "Andrew Damian Forbes" is the owner of celeb ventures whom was compensated 30-40M shares from the DD I have he's behind the websites/product logos and marketing materials as well as subsidiary creations. To what additional benefits he will receive is unclear.

Yes, waiting for updates after goldsteins "plaintiff" lawyers backed out for "unknown" reasons.
Plausible reasons include Goldstein lied about something.
could be they saw the evidence submitted by Omni/soloviev and realized Goldstein wasn't forth coming.
Could be something completely different but it wasn't money dudes worth 10M.

will know something soon updates are due by July 22nd or so.

We will see if Goldstein seeks new counsel he's on clock to do so. if he doesn't case could get dismissed

yup. goldsteins attorneys bailed. could be numerous reasons. moneys not one of them he's worth 10 million per depositions.
could be the recent evidence Andrey's team uploaded leading goldsteins team to realize he lied etc.. we will find the truth really soon 07/22 :)
those who held might be rewarded. buuut regardless of the win or loss here in its been like I said an awesome stock to learn from. looking forward to roaring kitty like out come or just moving on. as an optimist I'll lean for something crazy just cause.
