141 Capital, Inc. announced today that on March 31, 2010 it
filed its "Issuer Information and Disclosure Statement" on Pink OTC
Markets, Inc. The "Caveat Emptor" designation has been removed and
the Company's status is now designated "Limited Information." While
the information posted is "current," 141's status has not been
elevated to "Pink Sheets Current Information" because Pink OTC
Markets provided an exemption to the Company from having to have an
attorney's opinion letter (with approximate cost to the company
totaling $5,000-$10,000). 141 is now able to post financial
disclosure and current information and the quotation for 141's
common stock has been restored to otcmarkets.com. The filing is
also posted on 141's website. It contains up to date information on
the Company as well as certified financial statements.
"At such time as 141 can assume the additional costs of Pink OTC
Markets' upgraded listing of 'Current Information,' we will retain
legal counsel and obtain such an opinion. However, we would like to
assure our shareholders that we will continue to post current
information and updated financial statements, certified on an
annual basis, on both our website as well as otcmarkets.com, for
the benefit of our shareholders and public transparency," stated
