(PINKSHEETS: OTOW) announces that the Company has secured a Broadband Network Agreement with the City of Palm Coast Florida, representing a market potential in the range of 38,000 households, allowing for the Company's connection to the City's fiber network enabling the delivery of the most advanced, state of the art, LTE broadband network to the residents of Palm Coast, Bunnell and Flagler Beach Florida.

The packages are designed to be priced competitively with the median revenue per client to be estimated at $90 to $100 per month.

With O2 Secure Wireless having recently taken control of Earthcom Wireless Inc.'s domestic operations, this service network agreement represents the achievement of an important corporate milestone. With this agreement in place O2 Secure Wireless can begin delivering "triple play" services domestically, signifying the achievement of a goal that the company has recently been exceedingly driven to accomplish.
