We Know its Salud Esmeralda USA/Vitallia Health on the way. They will need to address the 10000/1 RS they tried to pull over on the Wyoming name change. Something happened there. The way this all unfolded was horrendous at best. Its going to be hard to instill positive sentiment going forward unless something major happens. And not a peep from the DiPrima who supposedly "talked to shareholders" I dont believe anyone talked to him.
I thought the silence was a good thing for awhile, as it seemed they were working behind to the scenes, but its been almost a year since the LOI and subsequent termination.. and still no word from DiPrima about his company/plans, why or hows. Tis the OTC though.

Going back up will needs news, yes. Unsolicited quotes from MMs and them hiding shares will be a tough grind though. Even more of a waiting game.

ON March 28th Deprima 9in PAOG's Annual Report said the Merger with Salud Esmeralda Mexico had.... NOT YET BEEN COMPLETED". I for one took that wording to indicate the merger was going to happen. However, not surprisingly considering Deprima's track record, Deprima in the First Q Report issued on May 8th stated the LOI was terminated. Stunning the developments which occurred in 41 days....a merger which had not been completed, worded as such that it was being processed, to termination!
On to the next faux business endeavor.

Execs of PURA, ALYI and PJET got sued by the SEC in the Northern District of Texas late last year, and I believe the suit is ongoing. Worth a read as it evidences what these guys did in issuing over 1400 false/misleading News Releases and arranging outrageous business consulting deals when in fact nothing of the sort was occuring except the issuance stock sold into the market. What a racket and crime.
I am surprised PAOG was not included as it had a "DEAL" with PURA where it would receive for 1.5 billion shares of PAOG a Texas Cannabis property. This deal was "terminated" supposedly bc there was damage to the property bc of the Texas weather.
The latest Quarterly of PAOG talks about a PHASE 1 COPD trial! This is in fact an old recycled release of PAOG of several yrs ago as is the claim of a new business purpose of LIFESTYLE HEALTH for its current business model. This too is a rehash of a former claimed business endeavor.
Yet, someone is supporting the bid of .0005...on to the next scheme!

K now Im gonna play the ironic devils advocate, flip-flop from bullish to bearish. No one is 'buying" this charade thats cookin.

Also that nasty reverse split could still be in play for them, what was it 10000/1 be a nice dead bag with no liquidity and a fake ass market cap with an AS of 5billion. No way to know because this DiPrima Sckeema doesnt say anything to the public, just useless filings in different states with different companies, all with the same insiders, and now a cancelled LOI with Esmeralda Mexico but Garin and crew made S.A USA.

He obviously doesnt give a shit about his stock, just the toxic lenders he's in bed with. This is nothing but a ponzi, insider enrichment scheme. Have fun with zero liquidity, bag holding until the next LOI or whatever to cancel is next. Remember all the scam executives and board members that resigned? How long before .0004 gets blasted out because no updates or news, fugazi. Lower share price is coming.

Yes, Esmeralda was a ponzi, I have always said it but the CEO said as well he was working in other better deals. That meant, I said back then, Esmeralda was a NO go. Check my old messages.

Now, I believe CEO is into something new… Will shareholders believe him this time? Absolutely NOT, but that will be when many of us will be tricked down and left behind from the wagon with a dusty mouth

Someone claimed to have spoken to CEO and said he was into a better and different deal. Also, attorney letter and first quarter fins so fast submitted one after the other, it is a sign this CEO is getting his ducks aligned. If Esmeralda was defeat, then why bother with financials updates so fast? My take is that this CEO is acting as he is just getting started. My 2 cents are that some weak hands in here will get caught up with their pants down and without toilet paper on hand. This is the bottom, time to get in

Deprima certified on March 28th in PAOG's 2023 Annual report that the acquisition of Salud Esmeralda "was not yet completed" On May 8th in the 2024 First Q Report Deprima certified that the transaction with Salud Esmeralda had been terminated. So in 41 days, from 3/18 to 5/8/23 the Salud Esmeralda transaction was still in play? The Brooklyn Bridge is for sale and Deprima has issued an LOI that his company PAOG is going to buy it. Time for the next play, or is it ploy!
