I have been a shareholder for quit some time now and since the acquirement of the recent property and 85 oil wells in Oklahoma in which the last I knew was in the hands of an auditor. Has there been any progress in getting these properties and oil wells official with an 8-K filing or something as such verifying this and are there any other things in the works that you might reach out to investors?...It has been so quit!,,,Thank You for your time in responding.

As to this attorney letter about the acquisition...this law firm is no back alley law office...they are pretty huge actually and it looks like this Allen Tucci specializes in mergers and acquisitions....now I am not saying this proves anything as far as the acquisition getting complete...but good to know they are working a respectful law office.
