PDMI has 20B shares Huge AS! The OS difference between the two peers is only 38,964,713 shares anyway.

If a CLEAN-Shell acquirer (such as David Lazar) could Up-List or Upgrade PDMI back to the Popular Pink-Sheet market from current Toxic Expert-Market then PDMI might surge to 0.0050 as well just like its peer did recently because buying that peer at 0.0050 = buying PDMI at 0.00506 based on the Same Market Value Matching Theory between them!

Note, PDMI only had the recent high 0.0017! And that peer is currently Much-Much-Much-Cheaper than the Majority of 0.0001-Bottom OTC-Fully-Reporting Current-Information-tier Pink-Sheet stocks! Easy to surge back to its recent high 0.0050 again!

Some shells come back to life eventually unless there is severe legal issues with them. I had own 5 shells during a span of 10 years that had been acquired and restructured into a real company. PDMI is a good target. I believe Value is pointing out the same thing.
