Paradigm Medical (PINKSHEETS: PDMI) announced today that it will hold a sales training meeting for its sales representatives on September 20-23, 2010.

"This sales training will represent the first in a series of training seminars for our sales representatives to provide essential support to insure their success with Paradigm products in the challenging domestic marketplace. We will continue our recruiting efforts in the upcoming months until we have filled all of our targeted regions," said Stephen Davis, Paradigm's President and Chief Executive officer.

"Paradigm will continue to broaden its reach into the domestic ophthalmic and optometric markets during the next six to nine months through selective recruitment of additional new sales professionals. The success of this effort is very important to Paradigm in order to keep up with the new products that the company plans to introduce in the next twelve months," added Mr. Davis.

In addition, Paradigm has been informed by its Italian partner, Costruzione Strumenti Oftalmici, that the additional information requested by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the Paramax™ 510(k) application has been provided to the FDA review committee. The Paramax™ is the next generation of standard ocular electrophysiology for early glaucoma diagnosis. Paradigm plans to market and sell the Paramax™ in the United States upon receipt of 510(k) approval by the FDA.
