June 8, 2022, Pacific Green Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has entered into an energy optimization agreement
with Shell Energy Europe Limited for the 99.98 MW battery energy park that the Company is developing at Richborough Energy Park in Kent,
England.
