Power One (AOTS) seems to be progressing nicely and of course PRHL shareholders stand to receive Power one shares as a dividend.
I have never seen a conversion factor telling me how many shares of Power One I will receive persuent to the number of shares of PRHL I held on the Record Date. I believe the record date was May 14,2019

thats ok dont feel like the lone ranger , all of us got suckered into randalls dreams . you were just the first!! he has a default payment of 10 million to pay . I dont know why he is even thinking about appealing this as it is only pennies on the dollar of what he has scammed people for.crime still pays , my guess , with the chinese investment he probably had over 100 million under the prhl scam taken in . and a judgement of only 10 cents on the dollar . thats a pretty easy get off . like a stay out of jail fine!!! not to mention all the other companies he has this same thing going on , now most are in megan sampson's name but the fraud continues no doubt .now that the SEC has gotten a verdict maybe the chinese suit will be next????? its because he and his wife sold the shell to randall for what is today prhl. look it up in the SEC website , they sold caskets to low income people and then sold the shell when that didnt work out.

If there is a short position in PRHL, the shorters aren't in any hurry to cover. The new CEO needs to make some sort of an announcement.

Insanely high volume trading for PRHL which hardly traded and with no news, what do you make of these volumes. I don't think it is all short covering although that is a possibility.

cannot declare bankruptcy on most government judgements otherwise whats the use of a judgement????? same with taxes , when someone declares bankruptcy the government is always paid first as they figure it is money owed , just like child support is not dischargeable

Dear Mr. Wright:
Thank you for your email. As you may now know, the Court has entered summary judgments against Premier and Letcavage and has ordered more than $8.6 million jointly and severally in disgorgement plus $1 million penalty each. Absent a stay, if these defendants do not timely make payment, the Commission will see to collect funds and assets to satisfy the final judgments against Premier and Mr. Letcavage. If the SEC collects funds and assets it will try to equitably distribute the funds and assets to the victims of the fraud. With notice to those concerned, the Court will decide how those funds and assets are ultimately distributed. Right now, the Defendants have not paid any funds or assets to satisfy the judgments and they have told the Court they will appeal the judgments. I have attached the judgments and summary judgment order.

unfortunately the saga continues , randall sold prhl to AOTS-42 and never intends to distribute the stock he received for the deal as he has a 10:1 say on the bod.for all practical purposes prhl is dead as far as i can see.I just emailed the SEC and will share some ideas with them as to how to recover monies for investors . I do believe now the big interest starts as he is in DEFAULT of his treasury payment for the SEC and also his payment to repay investors . 10 million dollars to repay at I believe 10% interest and its not bankruptable ,,,,,SUCKS TO BE HIM RIGHT ABOUT NOW hope he got his moneys worth spending our investment???

Following todays SEC release sanctioning auditors Anton & Chia for monkey business in its dealings with this ticker I suspect a suspension is in the wind here for this scam PRHL now.

glad to see Bennett and associates successful in the judgement against randall and company. 9.6 million to repay :) 8.6 to investors and 1m to SEC. I do believe he is in default , so it only adds to his misery:). some time ago I sent in my shares to have the legends removed and have not even heard a peep from him . (must be under a BIG rock)maybe a seperate offence???? tried to contact the transfer agent and she isnt returning any form of communication either , dont know if she was in on it but wasnt implicated ???dont lie awake at night waiting for the prhl shares from AOTS to be distributed , why do you think randall would do something for us now???
We need to send any and all new info we have to the SEC that he is violating or has violated the terms of the judgement, if anyone hears of him raising money for anyone of his other scams please forward it . we all need to keep our eyes open for where the funds may be to recover?????? I suspect he used our funds to establish his private company and now lives outside the reach of the SEC??? well he is still greedy and his ego so big ,he will still go after more monies and keep his scamms going ,

We have had PRHL with good volume and price of stock up 3 consecutive days. This hasn't happened for a long time. I am guessing that something is brewing but have no idea what it is. If anyone has any information or ideas, please post it here so we all can join in the celebration.

The SEC issued its order regarding the CEO of PRHL. The order is punitive and I'm sure the CEO will object to the terms and have a hearing some day. Usually these objections take a long time.

PRHL seesaws back and forth without any news. Is anyone aware of any developments with this issue? Sooner or later the dividend shares that PRHL is holding of Power 1 will have to be delivered to its shareholders. Today PRHL hit .0019, up over 130%.

Today a motion was filed in the SEC vs Letcavage case. I cannot access the motion so it remains to be seen what is the status of this case.

What in the world is going on with PRHL? Today there was a 100% increase in the price of the stock on huge volume. I saw no announcement or anything else to justify this action. If anyone has any ideas, please post them.

Derkamfer, Everything you say is true and next Monday's court session was to shed some light on what the Feds have against the CEO. However that has been postponed till October 13th. Now about PRHL there are several valuable parts that have to play out. PRHL sold its two subsidiaries to AOTS for stock. That stock AOTS is still to be distributed to the PRHL ahareholders as of Record date announced earlier. Oddly enough that AOTS stock looks like it might be a real winner. After the SEC matter is resolved and if the CEO is banned from public companies, PRHL could make a meaningful acquisition and that would really affect the stock price. Unless one stayed close to this situation, he would lose interest fast. Time will tell and it looks we won't have to wait too much longer.

With all due respect why is anyone still in this stock? The company is a complete disaster and its stock completely worthless.

Beside the fact it’s so thinly traded so getting in or out is also a disaster.

Dumped this two years ago at a huge loss and today it’s 75% lower than when we dumped it.

From the court documents filed thus far, it appears the SEC doesn't have much of a complaint against PRHL and the documents are filled with incomplete statements. Judge has required corrections etc.
If this keeps up, expect the Judge to throw the whole complaint out of court. Attorney resignations don't help the matter either. Judge has given until 9/21 to get the filings acceptable to the court. Not very encouraging for any prosecution.

Recent activity shows support every time the stock is knocked down. That is a good sign for things to come. Still waiting for distribution of the dividend. Lots of potential just no action.

PRHL's dividend AOTS, just released an update to its shareholders, detailing its progress to get its ultimate financing. Already, AOTS is acquiring customers for its energy provider and it is my opinion that this company has a future of success beyond belief. When AOTS does its final financing via an SEC registration, AOTS can go to the moon in valuation. This prediction is made with some experience and it is only a matter of time to let it all develop. PRHL shareholders are going to benefit tremendously via their dividend of AOTS shares.

The value is in the dividend and if he committed any crimes they should go back to treasury. The best the Judge could do for shareholders is not to allow him any of the dividend shares. That’s it after that I could give two shits what happens to “Handy” (new prison nickname)!!

Big Spirit, Currently, you are correct. If management were to do something constructive, like acquire an operating company, the price of PRHL would skyrocket. Premier's and Randal's SEC matter has to be adjudicated first. PRHL has yet to announce when it is going to distribute the dividend.

The shares make no difference as there is no value.
