March 2023: PV Nano froze in time and now they're attempting to unthaw again:
https://ir.pvnanocell.com/sec-filings-email/content/0001213900-23-019566/ea175145-6k_pvnanocell.htm

Can they be trusted? Has their proprietary techniques been replicated by another company?

Seems to me, that's the $64k question.

Yes. I read through the mess of pages. A legal nightmare where agreement seems to be only that a lot of smart people see this company as having a unique product capable of disrupting the field of printing. This truly is a tiny mouse company. Can it roar loud enough to bring attention to itself?

Nice surprise: this nano-ink engine still runs. A vote is set for April 7 and proxy cards are, hopefully, in the mail.

Special General Meeting of Shareholders
APRIL 7, 2022
WHETHER OR NOT YOU EXPECT TO ATTEND THE MEETING, PLEASE COMPLETE, DATE AND SIGN THIS FORM OF PROXY AND MAIL THE ENTIRE PROXY PROMPTLY, ALONG WITH PROOF OF IDENTITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPANY’S PROXY STATEMENT, IN THE ENCLOSED ENVELOPE IN ORDER TO ASSURE REPRESENTATION OF YOUR SHARES. NO POSTAGE NEED BE AFFIXED IF THE PROXY IS MAILED IN THE UNITED STATES.
This tiny company with an amazing alive and well product took itself off the board while the world went through it's post-covid spasm. Current events notwithstanding, the world of business is reorganizing and PV Nano Cell has a product for the future world.

Everything is risky, but if there are any on this board still paying attention, Bloomberg lists the total shares outstanding 27.48 million while WSJ shows 26.9 mil. If their nano-ink flows again this could show well in the upcoming race into the real or imagined future.

The PV Nano technology seems great, and deserving of the chance at surviving in order to improve the world. But the company management seems to be something between the Keystone cops and The Three Stooges. What a terrible example of how to run a company into the ground.

I don't know what the hell happened these past months, or even years, but whatever it was, it nearly destroyed this smallcap company. The lack of transparency has broken all trust. The latest mailing requiring a vote shows a sh-tshow of shenanigans, requiring, if not demanding, a vote to, apparently, dig the board out of the latrine it seems to have fallen into. At least the vote seems to replace the top idiots in charge.

PV Nano Cell (PVNNF) has a new website: https://www.pvnanocell.com/

Maybe that explains today's doubling of the stock price. Or maybe it's this quotation from this article:

https://ir.pvnanocell.com/press-releases/detail/75/emerging-markets-report-gas-on-the-fire
But as mentioned above, PV Nano’s 5D is looking to accelerate the process in all phases which should mean innovation to market in faster times for its partners and customers.

If widely adopted, this 5D Complete Solution could be the gas on the fire for the revolution that is The Internet of Things.

This remarkable tiny company needs one big order to catch the attention of the business press. How to get their ink into every apple and android phone on the planet? Or onto each chip, no matter how small. But as a small company, they can't scale large enough to handle giant orders, right? A large company can't send them jobs to print and then send back finished product. Where does the printing take place? Perhaps they could license-out their patents, and/or machines, to let Apple, Samsung and every chip giant to use PV tech in each companies own house.

Is PV Nano looking to be the king of this or are they hoping to be bought and integrated into the perfect giant company which needs this specific type of ink? Can't quite figure it out.

Proposal to Develop a Break-through Protective Technology against the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

DigiFlex, a PV Nano Cell Subsidiary, Submits to the Israeli Innovation Authority a Proposal to Develop a Break-through Protective Technology against the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Tue March 31, 2020 10:54 AM|GlobeNewswire|About: PVNNF
MIGDAL HA'EMEK, Israel, March 31, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PV Nano Cell, Ltd. (OTC: PVNNF) ("PV Nano Cell" or the "Company"), an innovative provider of inkjet-based conductive digital printing solutions and producer of conductive digital inks, today announced that it has successfully submitted to the Israeli Innovation Authority, through its fully owned subsidiary DigiFlex, a proposal to develop a breakthrough protective technology that will protect people from being infected by the Coronavirus and possibly other viruses.

As the Coronavirus pandemic expands, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends people wash their hands frequently, maintain social distancing, avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth and practice respiratory hygiene. All of these measures are required to avoid allowing the virus to enter a person's body. Furthermore, the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently reported the coronavirus RNA was found in Princess Cruise ship cabins up to 17 days after the passengers left. The highly contagious nature of the virus combined with its survivability for weeks on surfaces results in high number of patients and casualties and has devastating world-economics implications. Current behavioral guidelines primarily focus on avoiding infection between individuals, but do not address as much the high risk that individuals are becoming infected by exposure to contaminated surfaces.

DigiFlex, a wholly owned subsidiary of PV Nano Cell, has today submitted to the Israeli Innovation Authority a proposal to develop a protective technology against the coronavirus and possibly additional viruses. The proposed technology is both cost efficient and can easily be used by the general population. The company is planning to use PV Nano Cell's patented conductive silver and copper inks - SicrysTM that are Single Nano Crystals based. PV Nano Cell’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Fernando de la Vega, commented, “In these challenging times we researched and found our single nano crystal technology could prove highly effective against the coronavirus, after we have already proved the antibacterial performance of these nano particles. Our single crystal technology combined with our complete solution approach know-how will enable us to quickly develop the first products. We will be more than happy to focus our efforts on fighting the coronavirus and helping as many people as possible. We have a detailed plan to optimize our chemistry so it reacts with the virus and eliminates it from surfaces protected by our inks. We have a vision and supportive plan to offer a complete solution that will support many additional applications, such as protective covers for doorknobs, wipes and many more. Our team did a fantastic job by putting tremendous effort in the past few days to formalize the plan and write the detailed proposal that was submitted today.”

PV Nano Cell’s Chief of Business Development Officer, Mr. Hanan Markovich commented, “We are very excited about this proposal and hope to have it approved as quickly as possible. Obtaining the financing for this solution development will allow us to move forward and introduce the first solution. We have carefully thought on not only the anti-coronavirus ink technology but also the ways to use it in a cost-effective, consumable manner in a wide range of applications. Our proposed technology addresses the many forms in which people may become infected by touching surfaces instead of being in close proximity to a contagious person. We also have a plan to make the technology accessible and useable by anyone with simple means. Furthermore, we believe our solution will prove effective not only in the near future and during the coronavirus crisis, but for regular use in the long term as well. We hope to see this technology regularly used in hospitals, public places and by the general public. Finally, we call for cooperation, support and help from potential partners and individuals.”
