Mr. Banjo: Yes, it is indeed a scam and always has been. It is just a matter of time until they are finally duly prosecuted by the SEC for their blatant SECURITIES FRAUD.

These companies still have me confused: I looked up QREE stock and it is designated as "inductance energy" and i had thought that this concept had been quietly dropped! On looking up FLCX stock it is designated as "quantum energy". All rather incestuous if i may use such a word.

IF this is truly a scam, a large bomb would be more appropriate. But I get it—the wheels of justice oftentimes turn slowly.
👍️0
Dorick Dorick 3 months ago
Dear Mr. Bystander: Thanks for asking - but I never said I would "drop a bomb." I merely said I would "set off some firecrackers." In fact, it would have been more accurate to say that I would "light some fuses" - because the fuses can be very long on certain types of "firecrackers." Actually I would say that "firecrackers" was not the best choice of a word to use in this instance. I'm really not much of a pyrotechnician - I'm just a very humble and unpretentious little old scambuster. However, I expect to post a major update on the matter of the SECURITIES FRAUD involved in Quantum Energy's so-called "Photon Engine" scam in the near future.

Curious Bystander Curious Bystander 3 months ago
So did Dorick drop his July 4th bomb?

PC retired PC retired 3 months ago
I would reckon what happened is this: when the inductance energy "earth engine" failed he had to think up some way of keeping the business going and avoid a liquidation--hence this photon energy nonsense.

MagnetLover MagnetLover 3 months ago
Fully agree. Also, what is the point of hooking it to usb or ethernet ??? Those are designed to provide, not to collect energy and the cost of wiring is multiple of a simple 2 wire cord.
Also, adding the complexity of additional wiring makes it completely impractical.

PC retired PC retired 3 months ago
At a quick glance they appear the same and equally daft. If one replaces the reflector on a fitting one loses ~half the illumination so there would be a need for twice the number of fittings for the same illumination with twice the bill. Assuming 20% efficiency on both the lighting and the photovoltaics the absolute maximum return would be 4% if one covered walls, floor and ceiling with the cells. This is absolutely crazy.

Thanks, Dorick, but i am still confused. After the merger/takeover was cancelled i am sure i saw a report stating that quantum was changing it's name to flooid, unless i'm mistaken. Anyway here's a snippet i discovered yesterday: a company in Korea has developed an alternative solar panel that is 20- 200 times more efficient than existing panels(20-200, depending on where you read it). Can you guess what they call the tech? PHOTON ENERGY!! The name is Wavja. That will pull the rug from under Dennis' feet!!
👍️0
Dorick Dorick 3 months ago
FlooidCX Corp (with stock symbol FLCX) "does business" as Quantum Energy Corporation and has said they plan to change their name to Quantum Energy Corporation.
"On March 29, 2023 FlooidCX Corp. (“FLCX”), a Nevada corporation entered into An Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Agreement”) with Quantum Energy, Inc. [not to be confused with Quantum Energy CORPORATION], a Nevada corporation (“QREE”). "
However, the planned merger was cancelled not long ago. So the two companies will remain separate and so will their stocks.

Found this article:
https://web.archive.org/web/20230812210955/https://www.energybusinessreview.com/quantum-energy-corporation

Which contains quite a few gems:

Quantum Energy is now actively involved in the design and construction of photonic furniture. This includes desks, conference tables, side tables, and other types of furniture that possess the remarkable ability to generate voltage when exposed to ambient light or when lights in the room are turned on

I don't even know what to say.

This means that every existing or new light fixture can be converted to a micro-generator. In these settings when lights are switched on to produce light, it transforms into a micro-generator, capable of producing voltage and a certain level of amperage.

Voltage for sure, amperage, mehh. Too bad P = UI right?

While lighting up the space, it is simultaneously generating energy that feeds back into the system. This approach makes the technology completely independent of grid connections.

Except they need the space to be lit up in the first place... with electric lighting... from the... grid

A Better Alternative to Solar Energy

Not even close

The Quantum photonic technology transcends these limitations, offering a flexible energy solution that operates consistently throughout the day, and night. These photonic fixtures function indoors, shielded from harsh outdoor conditions.

I am gonna give them a 🤣 for this one .

To date beginning in 2014, more than $60 million dollars has been invested in the technology.

A more efficient setup for you for free: put PV panels inside, throw away the photon engine (consumes power for nothing), plug those nice Aliexpress RBG lights for effect. Even better design, don't do any of that because nothing of this makes any sense.

In early May PNOC announced a partnership with Landbank Ink for rooftop solar, and in a separate announcement a partnership with Moorfields regarding aquavoltaics.

Aside from Quantum’s press release, PNOC makes no mention anywhere (that I can find) of a partnership with Arc Energy.

Quantum Energy, Inc. Announces Retirement of Chairman William Hinz

Quantum Energy Inc. (OTC: QREE), ("Quantum"), a worldwide exclusive licensee of flywheel energy storage systems, energy conditioning systems, and rare earth material supply and manufacturing, today announces the retirement of William Hinz,

What is an energy conditioning system? Is that storage? What happened to magnetic propulsion?

According to its own financials, Quantum has funneled tens of millions of dollars to PRIVATELY-HELD Inductance Energy (over the last year or so.) Why is this important? It is the same privately-held LLC that is controlled by the people who also control publicly-traded Quantum Energy: Hinz, Ewert, Bean, Kitchen, Kerr, Elizabeth Danzik. Money laundering scam complete! Where is the SEC? Simply outrageous.

Yes, ARC Energy has the contract to build the 500k units and Quantum has an agreement with ARC that pays them for $1000 per deployed system plus 20% electricity royalties.

ARC Energy has contracted with PNOC to develop 500,000 affordable housing units and it anticipates starting construction on these units in Q2

the Company will receive a license fee of $3,000,000.00 and a $1,000.00 payment, under a cost-plus contract, for each residential housing unit powered by its Direct Energy System

Has QE/FLCX begun manufacturing the energy systems for sale? Also, Is there any news from Viridis or Aesir Energy? Their office + facility was to open in April.

Initial Direct Energy Systems will be supplied by the Company in the United States.

Indeed, the language is incredibly vague on PNOC's side.

The main issue is that there is no trace of Arc Energy Inc, a developer that is set to start a 500k multi billion unit construction plan, anywhere on the internet (besides Quantum's press releases).

I don't have explanations, I just note the discrepancies in the narrative.
👍️0
Curious Bystander Curious Bystander 4 months ago
Actually, I have a theory. The press release states “Mr. Oliver Butalid, CEO of the Philippine National Oil Company, stated, ‘PNOC’s strategy involves collaborating with technology partners worldwide to offer the government sector solutions for lowering electricity expenses. We look forward to discussions with ARC Energy which can introduce the Direct Energy System technology in the Philippines to support this objective.’”

They look forward to discussions? Maybe the contract is simply for Romel to build 500,000 units, and they have yet to discuss in-depth details like Quantum’s system. This is a real possibility as Romel has already proven he has abilities in the area of development.

Mr. Bystander: The SEC are the ones who have the subpoena power that is needed for a proper investigation. I'm really not an investigator, I just work with readily publicly available information. I've already spent more time on Danzik's ludicrous scam that I ever should have, but I want to finish what I started. After I file the Complaints, I'm done. I'm glad to hear you've done some lawsuit homework. I think my actual prediction was that there would never be any installations, so you might be waiting a long time.
👍️0
Curious Bystander Curious Bystander 4 months ago
I should have been more clear — I know you KNOW. But you don’t know what is happening in Scottsdale. And if you are serious about filing a claim and truly being the undoing of their “charade,” details from Quantum’s Scottsdale pitch would be evidence the SEC would love to have.

Regarding a lawsuit — I’ve already done my homework and know exactly who I’ll call if installations crash and burn as you predict they will.

Curious Bystander Curious Bystander 4 months ago
Excellent point. But how do you explain PNOC??? They are an indirect distributor of sorts. And providing energy solutions is their area of expertise. Surely they would be unwilling to contract with an entity pitching some fancy pants energy solution without doing their due diligence. They are involved in rooftop photovoltaics and could have easily given Romel a pass and stuck with a conventional energy solution.

The only logical explanations are
1. that Quantum provides made-up test results 2. PNOC took Romel’s word for it over a cup of coffee 3. Romel has no contract with PNOC.

1. I just can’t see this being true. Quantum would know the uncovering of their lies is just around the corner
2. Yeah right. Just as you, Dorick, and anyone with any experience in the field of energy KNOWS that field is riddled with non-working (and some blatantly fraudulent) energy devices, PNOC would be suspect of Romel’s pitch and would not buy into it without doing some digging.
3. Highly unlikely. The internet works in the Phillipines just as well as it does here. Bogus press releases involving PNOC would have made it to them by now and we would be seeing some type of retraction if it weren’t true.

And so I say again, this is just BIZARRE.

What’s your theory on how PNOC could get pulled into this?
👍️0
Dorick Dorick 4 months ago
Mr. Bystander: I KNOW FOR CERTAIN that the "Earth Engine" and "Photon Engine" claims, such as the ones that Dustin Hamby made in Las Vegas a year ago, and the ones that Inductance Energy removed from public view last summer, are indeed a web of lies. I have absolutely no need to go to Scottsdale to confirm this absolutely certain fact. It gets a bit tiresome to repeat this over and over. I don't claim to know what's in the mind of distributors. I only claim to know, without any doubt whatsoever, that the claims are false. Yes, it's bizarre that people like Elizabeth Holmes, Trevor Milton, and Dennis M. Danzik (and many others we could name) would conduct themselves in a way that could easily be predicted to land them in prison for years, even though they seem like reasonably intelligent people. Human beings are bizarre creatures. You said you read a lot. Maybe you should read up on how to go about conducting a class-action lawsuit, how to find a lawyer, etc. That's what I'd be doing, if I were in your position.
