Vivendi Proposes Four New Members For Supervisory Board

French media-to-telecom group Vivendi SA (VIV.FR) Thursday said
it will propose the appointment of four new members to its
supervisory board.
MAIN FACTS:
- Vivendi proposes the appointment of Dominique Heriard
Dubreuil, chairman of the board of directors of spirits company
Remy Cointreau (RCO.FR).
- Vivendi proposes the appointment of Aliza Jabes, founder and
chairman of cosmetics laboratory Nuxe.
- Vivendi proposes the appointment of Jacqueline Tammenoms
Bakker, former director general of Transport and Civil Aviation in
the Netherlands and an independent director.
- Vivendi proposes the appointment of Daniel Camus, executive
director of Electricite de France SA (EDF.FR) and a member of EDF's
executive committee.
- Subject to the approval of the general meeting April 29,
Vivendi's supervisory board will have twelve members, with four
women and eight men.
