Very interesting, this is promising, I doubt he would get this and not do anything with it. Just a matter of when.

Of course this is all highly speculative as the “bread crumbs” are few and far between. The articles of incorporation that have been filed are FACT but speculative in terms of what business entity will merge into RENU. J. Winick is currently the founding CEO of a private company TABCON gaming, I’m connecting dots but with very little to go on. It would seem Mr. Winick is going after this shell to bring his gaming mobile platform private company to public.
