Running Fox Six Month Revenues Up and EBITDA Earnings Up
7/31/2009 2:27:36 PM - Market Wire
VANCOUVER, BC, Jul 31, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Steven Schurman, CEO, U.S. Professional Geologist, reports:
Running Fox has released its 2009 six month results:
Revenues for the 6 month period increased 35 % to $4,827,510. This compares favorably to $3,563,592 for the comparable 6 month period in 2008.
6 month earnings (EBITDA) increased 190 % to $296,205. This compares favorably to $101,552 for the comparative period in 2008.

Management feels this information is useful to readers of the financial statements to evaluate the income on an operational basis. The Company also booked an accounting amount for amortization and depletion of $351,669 for the 6 months
Trent Moore, VP comments: " The Company is holding its own on an EBITDA basis while surviving a very difficult business climate in Alberta, even though our Alberta natural gas production was shut-in for the Shell Canada Waterton Plant upgrades, which is now back in operation. While we will not make excuses for the economic climate, overall Company revenues and profitability were impacted by the continued downturn in the North America energy sector. This is attributed to the ongoing recession, as well as to low natural gas and oil prices, which reduce drilling and therefore oilfield service contracts and work. We believe energy prices will rise and renew our oilfield service work and increase cash flow from our natural gas and liquid condensate production. in the meantime, our gold and uranium projects are garnering some attention."
Running Fox has 41.7 million shares outstanding, with positive exposure to energy, uranium, and gold. Visit www.foxgold.ca for more information.

Running Fox: Processing Resumes for Pincher Creek Natural Gas Field
7/30/2009 7:46:01 PM - Market Wire
CALGARY, ALBERTA, Jul 30, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
Running Fox Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RUN)(PINK SHEETS:RFXRF)(FRANKFURT:C8Q)
Trent Moore, Vice President, reports:
The Company and its partners have been notified of a resumption in the processing of the Pincher Creek Natural Gas Field.
This follows a shut-in during modifications to optimize Shell Canada's Waterton gas plant. The Company's production is imminent as test volume restrictions are relaxed for the initial start-up phase of the upgraded plant.
Located in SouthWest Alberta, the Pincher Creek Field has several prospective and productive zones and many wells in the field are generally considered to have up to 50 years productive life.
Discussions with the technical team of the operator include a proven new multistage acid frac technique which greatly increased an area well's flow rate.
Trent Moore, VP comments "It will be nice to gather revenues again for the natural gas project since the upgrade period delayed sales, and we remain cautiously optimistic on the long term natural gas price trend. Eventually, increased natural gas prices will renew development and expansion plans at Pincher Creek."
Other than during the recent upgrade period, the Company and partners have produced natural gas and liquid condensates continuously since January 2006 from the Pincher Creek Project.
Running Fox is a Canadian small cap resource company that has interests in oil and gas, uranium, and high grade gold resource projects.
The Company also provides oilfield construction and maintenance services to other energy producers.
The Company has 41.2 million shares issued and outstanding and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange- Venture Board. Visit www.foxgold.ca for further information.

Running Fox Resources- New Mexico Uranium
Steven Schurman, CEO, Professional Geologist (US) reports:
Running Fox Resources is pleased to report that it has acquired 2,880 acres by staking lode mining claims covering extensive uranium mineralization in New Mexico, USA. Prior to the collapse of uranium prices in the early 1980’s, exploration and development drilling by a number of major mining companies identified a series of shallow uranium and vanadium deposits covered by the area acquired by Running Fox.
Based on discussions and detailed analysis with the geologist who managed several of those drill programs, and on over 150 drill holes, it is believed that the land that Running Fox has acquired may contain several million pounds of uranium and up to 8 million pounds of vanadium (this is non National Policy 43-101 compliant and is not to be relied on). Additionally, he has indicated that published chemical assays were taken from surface rock samples located within 500 feet of the existing Running Fox claims that assayed as high as 2.31% uranium and 1.64% vanadium.
Chemical assays of drill cuttings in the same area varied up to 1.05% uranium and also contained vanadium. Some of the uranium mineralization encountered in these drill holes is near the surface.
Running Fox will compile all available geological and drill data and be commissioning a 43-101 report from the qualified geologist, and will continue to study the area surrounding this acquisition, acquireing additional property as warranted.
This Project has been joint ventured for up to a 50% interest with Strategic Resources.
Diamond Drilling On Running Fox New Mexico Uranium Project

High Impact Alberta Natural Gas Acreage
Running Fox Alberta Natural Gas Production in SouthWest Alberta
(interest in up to 28 Sections or up to approx. 17,500 acres, 28 Square Miles of the well-known Pincher Creek Gas Field)
The first well in the Project is a horizontal directional drilling well and has been drilled and completed. The Company plans to drill and complete further wells this season on its Pincher Creek Gas Field Project (28 Square Miles) with numerous 3D seismic defined downspacing drill targets, several development targets, recompletion opportunities, and exploration targets.
These can be very long-life wells with a possible productive capacity of over 40 years, during which gas prices will rise significantly. Further wells will add to the project value, especially some inexpensive Blairmore frac completions for sweet gas and 38 degree API oil. That prospective Blairmore zone is under all of 28 Sections of land in SouthWest Alberta. The Pincher Creek Gas Field project is located 10 miles from the Montana, U.S. border.
Several other Alberta development drilling projects and cash flow acquisitions are being reviewed.
BRITISH COLUMBIA, BRETT GOLD PROJECT
50% owned by Running Fox)
High-Grade Gold Development- Brett Gold Project, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia. Canada Gold Mining Canada Silver Mining Gold Concentrator
Running Fox 50% owned Brett Gold Project, located in the Okanagan in Southwest BC. Work next season should include confirmatory drilling to follow-up on previous drillhole # RC93-19, which returned a significant intersection of 16.76 metres grading 35.79 grams Au/tonne (approx 50 feet of 1.045 oz Au/ton) including 3.048 metres grading 57.88 grams Au/tonne (1.69 oz Au/ton) and 4.57 metres grading 107.88 grams Au/tonne (3.15 oz Au/ton) within the main shear zone. (see 43-101 Technical and Brett Gold Assessment Reports located under the "Brett Property" tab. Complete maps, geochem, and drilling history are available for review/download on this website.
The project has significant early stage block calculations on a small portion of one shear zone-- and there are approx. 18 shear/fault zones, running under undrilled geochem zones with good gold values over large areas, see geochem in Assessment Report. One drill intercept in 2004 was a 4.3 foot intercept that assayed 5.1 ounces gold. With gold prices rising, the high-grade Brett Gold Project offers significant upside. Industry veterans will be taking notice of the property as the high-grade gold project consolidation in the industry continues. The Brett Gold Project now covers approx. 20 square kilometers
