I doubt you have looked at their financials or even know how to read them.

Here is a small piece of the NMC lease for Skull Valley AZ mineral rites.... Monthly Royalty.
Each calendar month, Lessee shall pay the Lessor the Royalty (the ‘Monthly Royalty’)
calculated based on minerals produced and sold from the Leased Land during the prior calendar month. The
amount of the Monthly Royalty shall be calculated as follows:
Monthly Royalty = Gross Value x Royalty Rate
where: Gross Value = calculated as defined in Section 5.3
Royalty Rate = percentage as defined in Section 5.1
Other Minerals.
In the event that other minerals or mineral products are produced and sold from the Leased
Land, they shall be valued in accordance with A.R.S. §27-234 and similarly included in the computation of
Gross Value. Should the mineral or mineral product not have a published price, the gross value shall be
based on an appraisal that estimates the fair market price of the mineral (A.R.S. §27-234.B).
Production Reports .
Monthly production reports, including documentation when required, shall be
submitted to the Lessor for each month, including reports for negative production, after the first month of
production. Reports are due on or before the 15th of each month following the month of production.
Minimum Annual Royalties.
Lessee shall pay to Lessor a minimum annual royalty of $500.00. The
minimum annual royalties shall be paid at the time of the execution of this Lease, and each year thereafter,
annually in advance, on or before the anniversary of the commencement date of this Lease until such time as
the minable reserves are exhausted. The minimum annual royalty shall be a credit for Lessee, fully
recoupable against production royalties (the Monthly Royalty in Article 5.4) due to Lessor for material used or
removed; however, the entire portion of the minimum annual royalty unused or not recouped upon termination
or expiration of the Lease shall be the sole property of Lessor. Lessee shall pay said advance royalties each
year regardless of use or removal of materials.
Royalty Payments .
Appraisal Costs .
Royalty payments shall be due within thirty (30) days after billing by the Department.
Lessee shall pay to Lessor within 30 days of the Lessor’s request, the costs of all
appraisals undertaken for determination of land rental and royalty rates. The cost of appraisals required to
be paid by the Lessee shall occur no more frequently than every five years from and after the execution of
this Lease.
Sooooo it is cool that they got some lease that they seem to want to value at 432mil but in reality they know that it is not really valued at that since they have no valid evidence besides a nearly 2 decades old geo survey that was more spit in the wind guess. and now with the lease rules what ever they pull out is not all theirs. seems that a footnote in the financials is in order to clarify all this. but hey it does make for a nice story if they play it right ( so far RITE is not working out so well)

not a bad day for PPS... still horrible volume... some of that might be some paint jobs on either side but even with 'news' we really did not move much. Anybody ask IR yet what the structure of the Land lease that RITE traded billions of shares out for just to hold the claim to a lease that is either expired or soon to be?
Seriously .. since RITE is trying to value the gold at 432mil... how are they able to ever prove that is even close? since much gold was already mined out of the Skull Valley claims...maybe all of it besides some trailings... but they are sitting on unproven valuation for certain. wonder what IR would fess up over that and that they actually have to pay a pro-rated portion of any gold that anyone might find there in AZ. hmm

CEO James Burgauer brilliantly secured these assets for RITE. Each day they are increasing in value ie gold, silver, rare earths, etc. 
We won't need to mine anything just flip the assets to the miners back by fed war powers.
All we need to do is sit back, be patient, collect on the bid, blast the ask when appropriate, and let the CEO do his thing.

Now that's no way to talk about Panzer.... maybe , just maybe if you would spend more time with your head in the books and looking at the financials you would understand what kind of play RITE really is..... it's a typical penny play with billions of shares outstanding (5billy) if not more by now. and another 15 b pretty much promised to land in dem books by the rental CEO. just ask the third party (paid in shares IR)... You do at least grasp that RITE has not HR dept...no IT dept....no IR dept... they have nothing 'in-house' they have zero employees. This is basically what one would call a 'shell' company where assets are held by those outside of the 'incorporation' ...and those assets are just common shares after conversion....which the rental CEO has documented - and yeah... so what... the dude does in fact deserve a paycheck... nobody denies that...nobody faults anyone for selling shares for services... just call it like it is. Let's tee up the news:
- Funding by the recent 'shady' partnership is all set ( uhggsss more shares obligated to that new funding company)

Oh... Been looking closer at that Skull Valley mineral lease..... looks like if it is indeed the lease that MNC held rights to and then sold these lease to RITE for billions in shares....well any minerals pulled out of the ground needs to be shared on a pro-rated basis.
Makes one wonder then why they are holding a 432milly valuation on their books if they don't get to keep a portion.... but not being a reporting penny.... they can really say about anything they want to.

They really don't like it when a shareholder actually posts any concerns about factual items... nor to they like to be corrected about the financials... but thats what pump and dumpers do. all hype and no reason.
