German hospital operator Rhoen-Klinikum AG (RHK.XE) Wednesday
said that Mr. Martin Siebert will be the new chairman of the
management board from Jan. 1, 2013.
MAIN FACTS:
-Mr. Siebert will be replacing Wolfgang Pfoehler, who leaves the
company Dec. 31, 2012.
-Mr. Siebert has been a member of the management board since
Oct. 1, 2012.
-On Nov. 6, Rhoen-Klinikum revised its 2012 outlook
downward.
-In late June, Fresenius SE (FRE.XE) had made an offer for 90%
of Rhoen-Klinikum at 22.50 euros ($29.02) per share, but the offer
failed.
