The Renewable Corporation (RNWB) through its wholly-ownedsubsidiary EcoSmart Surface & Coating Technologies, Inc. signsPrivate Labeling Agreement

 

LAKE PARK, Florida ? June 7, 2013 ? EcoSmart Surface and Coating Technologies, Inc. (?EcoSmart?) executed an agreement with Permatec Facility Solutions of Eatonton, GA (?Permatec?) to ?private label? EcoSmart?s ECT products including the proprietary asbestos encapsulation system known as Eco-NanoBond?.

The Private labeling agreement will allow Permatec to distribute products with their selected labeling throughout the United States. Permatec provides professional services to the United States Veterans Hospitals Environmental Facility maintenance division. EcoSmart?s will allocate a portion of its Lake Park, Florida facility to manufacture and store Permatec?s private label inventory. EcoSmart?s COO, Joe Alvarez stated, ?We are looking forward to along and successful relationship with Permatect as we do with all our professional partners. It is exciting to see the eagerness from Permatec to join in getting our products out to private, commercial and government facilities.?
