Redwood Capital Bank Announces Banking School Graduates

On September 9, 2011, REDWOOD CAPITAL BANK, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Redwood Capital Bancorp (RWCB), announced the
successful completion and graduation of Jennifer Budwig and Michael
McCoy from the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle,
Washington.
Ms. Budwig graduated with honors in the top ten percent of the
2011 graduating class. Additionally, her final management paper
received honors and was ranked in the top ten percent of the class.
Ms. Budwig’s paper will be published in the school’s library in
their permanent collection.

Since 1938, Pacific Coast Banking School has partnered with the
University of Washington Graduate School of Business to help over
10,000 bankers “rise above the rest” by providing outstanding
graduate-level executive leadership and financial management
education. Instruction takes place during a two-week resident
session over three consecutive summers, along with comprehensive
study between the summer sessions.
Ms. Budwig was born and raised in Ferndale, California and
graduated from Humboldt State University in 1989 with a degree in
Business Management. She is the Regional Manager of the Eel River
Valley with her main office located at the Redwood Capital Bank
Fortuna Branch. Ms. Budwig has over twenty years of banking
experience and has been with the bank since 2006.
Dr. McCoy was the former Compliance Officer for Humboldt Bank
from 1998 to 2004. He holds the designation of Certified Regulatory
Compliance Manager. Dr. McCoy is the Vice President/Risk Manager at
Redwood Capital Bank and has been with the company since 2006.
