STOCKHOLM--Saab AB said Monday it has signed a framework
agreement with the Danish Defense Ministry to supply
military-training systems in a deal valued at up to 550 million
Danish kroner ($81.7 million).
The Swedish aerospace-and-defense company said that the deal
extends over 15 years with an option for an additional five years,
and that it enables the Danish armed forces to place orders for all
necessary equipment for Saab's training products to establish a
mobile training program.
The agreement also covers support, service, spare parts, repairs
and training, the company said.
The agreement is aimed at enabling realistic exercises for the
Danish army, Saab said.
