Swisscom Cleared Of Mobile Phone Termination Charge Abuse

Swisscom AG (SCMN.VX) Wednesday was cleared by the Swiss Federal
Court of abusing its position and overcharging for mobile phone
termination charges.
The telecoms company had faced a fine of 333 million Swiss
francs ($374 million) which it now doesn't have to pay.
The Federal Court upheld the appeal by Swisscom, saying the
company hadn't abused its position and agreed with Swisscom's view
that it didn't dominate the market.
