This is a lot of volume for EM. Even for insiders. It's like, they would have to move to Canada to buy it. I don't think owners can even buy it. Unless we see a form 4 tomorrow.

SDVI who else got screwed here? Fact they never filed September 30/21 defines the intent right from the start.

SDVI Turkeys pumped the stock leading shareholders to believe the Sept 30, 2021 Financials were going to be filed and ticker unlisted. Filed June 20, 2021 but not Sept 30, 2021.

SDVI,, In my own way, I am still trying to arrange a buyout of SDVI! I have sent messages to both Parties, but you never know, something might materialize, but in the distant future!

Azzam is happy to make a few bucks, but seems to hate us Investors? He might be a fantastic Inventor, but a lousy Business man! Who knows?

They do this like once a year. Some minimal amount of activity or announcement, the price pumps for a few days, and then silence and back down.

$SDVI If they are developing some quality video games here maybe we would see some action. But who the F@@@ knows what they have been doing because they stopped communicating with shareholders last September when they were leading us to believe they were going to uplist.

My Graffiti Entertainment shares dormant in Etrade under 384286100 actually lists a PPS of 19 cents as "price purchased". Odd indeed, since the Graffiti IPO never really materialized. Maybe it's a typo. I may have to list that among my assets when I apply to the nursing home.

They should have worked out a compromise

deal with Speed Commerce, but SDVI probably got greedy. Both companies had certain talents to bring to the table. It could have been an online gaming powerhouse. Simple strategy: nobody takes a salary, love it or leave. Also, a Letter to Stockholders that they are going private for a minimum of X years. Get a second job to live on in the meantime "beans and rice". Ken is a brilliant guy. He just let vengeance get the better of him.

Appears they are operating above their means.
