(OTCBB:SECI) (Frankfurt:4RS1) has acquired 100% of Solar Tracer Corporation, an alternative energy R&D company seeking to capitalize on the $450 Billion global alternative energy market by developing Solar Tracer™, a low cost, high efficiency solar concentrator for national and international licensing and sale.

Solar Tracer Corporation contracted renowned satellite and microwave antenna engineer Eugene Augustin, President of Wireless Engineering, for the development of Solar Tracer™. Christian Tedrow, President of Solar Tracer Corporation said, "We choose to work with Eugene Augustin and his company, Wireless Engineering Corp, because of his outstanding success record in designing technological breakthrough products for the U.S. Navy, Hughes, Comtech, NATO, the government of Taiwan and many others. They have all sought the technology expertise of Eugene Augustin, a leading expert in the design of Microwave Antennas, components and satellite systems."
