The OTC seems to be coming alive again. Seen many penny stocks have made some nice moves in the past few months.

That would require him to put down his Mai Tai and stop counting all the money he made off shareholders last fall. 😂

Coming from a 2+ year disgruntled shareholder, I question whether they will ever file another annual report.

The last filing was March 2023, which sent them back to pink limited. Hence, something wasn't right, but they did nothing to fix it.

They've been content staying a pink limited shell risk, as well as completely silent to shareholders for almost a year, since the last "press release" in October 2023.

Usually, the new annual Management Certification will be sent in with the Annual Report.

Another ticker needing an Attorney Opinion Letter at present contacted otcmarkets.com and was told it could do the Management Certification early instead without waiting for the January 31 start date.

$SFLM is on the Alternate Reporting Standard so at present can stay on OTC Pink Limited until the Annual Report is due in April 2025.

Purely a guess, but some of those old notes from the pervious CEO converted to shares in late 2023 at a value of .0001. It's free money, even if they sell at .0001.

On a different note, we've had some big trade days in the last few weeks. One over 40m and yesterday an 11m trade day. I'd like to understand where they're coming from. Are they frustrated retail selling or something else? Based on updated OTC SS, it's not dilution.

Sounds like OTCM wants to do their own vetting process. But they already do for OTCIQ. This might pave the way for custodianship type tickers/transfer of ownership, making it easier to trade. Just my opinion.

Unlikely, but one thing is for sure. Whoever is getting them keeps building a wall on the ask. Last week the ask was 25mil @.0002. Now it's 105mil @.0002.

We will never dig ourselves out of this helish pit Chad and his merry band of scammers threw us in.

Chad Chad he’s our man, if he can’t do it nobody can!

If that's the case we shareholders have legal recourse against all those who benefitted from and/or perpetuated our loss in value while they materially gained. Id like to believe differently, but Mr McKay must show up. It appears he's finally divorced the company from its past sflmaven relationship but we don't know until McKay confirms it. If that time comes and we need to pursue legal remedy, the new FBI under the new president will be where we should file our grievance. They have a whole division that investigates securities fraud. Again, I'd prefer Mr McKay show up and be the company leader he's charged with being.

Sadly, I think we have already seen what happenes here.

They tricked us, bailed out the previous CEO and his noteholders, then poured gasoline on this thing and lit a match, just like Goodfellas.

Chad is nowhere to be found and has no intention of addressing shareholders.

And this is coming from someone who has been here a long time and used to defend this ticker.
