Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 19, 2024, Matthew Schreiber notified the board of directors of Strategic Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company’) of his decision to resign as a director and Chief Executive Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Company, effective August 30, 2024. Mr. Schreiber’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Domenic Lanni, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, will perform the duties of principal executive officer commencing on August 31, 2024 and until a replacement for Mr. Schreiber, if any, is named. The Board intends to address the vacancy left by Mr. Schreiber’s resignation in the coming weeks.
