Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On August 22, 2022, Sugarmade, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding entry into the Management Services Agreement (the “MSA”) by and between SugarRush, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and Canndis, Inc. (“Canndis”), an unrelated third party. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
