Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 28, 2023, David Keene resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sharing Services Global Corporation (the “Company”), effective immediately.

 

On August 1, 2023, Christian Zimmerman resigned as a member of the Board, effective immediately.

 

On August 2, 2023, Castel B. Hibbert resigned as a member of the Board, effective immediately.

 

Each of Mr. Keene, Mr. Zimmerman and Mr. Hibbert’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to how the Company has operated, its policies or its practices, including its controls or financial related matters.
