If Cutler etc al is granted pink status for SLNX as petitioned according to the SEC filing, (link is in the "News" section above) then this might be alive at some point. GLTA 125 shareholders on record here. OT I'm still curious as to why Rosie's VH LLC was issued 100 mill Class A Preferred shares when even Reggie Green, Pres. Of Operations is listed on the filing as having 0 shares currently. Further, why even go through the effort and $ to file w/ SEC after all this time. Something's up seems to me. Good luck here-

I'm guessing that little to NO communication will happen. These guys play it real quiet. Just have to keep your eye on OTC Markets. One day out of the blue ce will come off after a deal is inked w/ new owner. That's my guess. Waiting game for sure. GLTY

What’s up all, just showing love to the board … hoping Cutler wakes up soon and drops filings so we can get CE removed. Being in Canada I was able to purchase until they changed the SIC code, can’t even sell without calling an operator. And Cutler doesn’t respond to emails. Or Twitter so unfortunately we just have to wait.

My 2 cents fwiw:
1.) Think of these 2 guys (Cutler/Green) as temporary intermediaries working to broker a rm here. (That's what they do)
2.) They want to make money with this and are clearly working toward that end. (see the adjustments that they put in place in the Intro. I provided)
3.) Be aware, their MO has usually resulted in a deep and severe rs to existing shareholders of 2 plays that I have seen-(1 other play resulted in a share exchange though which presumably made a lot of $ for shareholders)
4.) The course of action that they take and the timetable with this one is anybody's guess.

Why is this still CE? Filing appears to be up to date.
