Roy Alexander Joins Solera National Bank President's Community Advisory Council

Solera National Bank, the operating subsidiary of Solera National
Bancorp, Inc. (OTCBB:SLRK), is the community bank that is focused
on serving Denver's ethnically diverse and dynamic communities and
today announced Roy Alexander has joined its President's Community
Advisory Council.
Mr. Alexander, a CPA, was formerly the Executive Director and
CEO of Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Since
retiring from CHFA, Roy has remained committed to the community,
and is active in a number of civic organizations. CHFA, a
public purpose financial enterprise, is the premier affordable
housing entity in Colorado. CHFA issues bonds and provides
mortgage financing for first-time homebuyers, multi-family
apartment developments, and small businesses. It also operates
its own portfolio of apartments for lower income tenants.
Prior to joining CHFA, Roy was a financial manager with a major
medical instruments manufacturer. He served as a senior audit
manager with Touche Ross, a former big-eight, international
accounting and consulting firm, with client responsibility in a
variety of industries, and in SEC registration and reporting.

The President's Community Advisory Council brings together
community leaders to assist Solera National Bank in its community
outreach, developing and implementing financial literacy programs
and a wide variety of counsel on the banking needs of small
businesses and individuals in the greater Denver market. The
