So the 100 shares print was at $1.98 at 09:49:16 but with a but has a trade code legend of z which means that it was out of sequence. Interesting

I like to trade stocks with wide spreads/low float/reverse split/shells - just stumbled upon this one.

Sometimes you end up with a winner - often times you do not.

Time will tell with this one.

UPDATE TO MY POST:

LOL - as soon as I post my post the bid goes to $1.2 for a 1,000 shares. This could get interesting...

Also I noticed that sometime today a 100 shares prints a $1.98 - I will check time and sales in 15 minutes.

Been watching SNCF since before the reverse split and name change. They changed their name to Sanarco Funds and their address to one in Luxembourg, but their business description is still the old online workout business from before the name change. The official web address is Sanarco.life, which is a diversified financial services company in Luxembourg.

All signs point to the fact that they intend to roll over that business into the SNCF shell. If and when that happens, this stock has the potential to make a huge move higher.

Hopefully the price action from the last few days hints that something like that is coming soon.

Bid is now $1.01 vs ask of $6. There are less than 40K share in the float, so it could really explode on some volume.

Anyone know anything?

Were just super early on this stock. Think months in advance IMO.

These guys need to put out some news and let the investing public know they exist. This stock should be much higher, given their assets.

When will they file their from 10 to become SEC filing?

How will that add shares to the float to move to Nasdaq? s-1?

PPS prior to split was .007. So $7 should be the break point.

With zero literally zero liquidity there is no way to trade in or out at this time.

Merger just officially took place the other day. Sounds like your rushing to judgement. I Know 1 thing. You have not done research on Sanarco or its management cause if you did you would be super bullish..

Like I said. They can’t do Nasdaq for some many reasons right now.

First, not enough shares in the float
Second, not even a reporting company
Third, there is nothing (besides speculation) that shows anything with that assets coming into the shell.

Peeps that bought pre split are now stuck. With no liquidity, and a massive spread…
