(OTC:SNYL) today the Company clarified the term "dividend" previously stated in its news release to read as a "distribution" intended by China Hospital Group, Inc. to the shareholders of record of Sunnylife Global, Inc. as of Feb 1st 2006. Further, in response to shareholder inquiries, management issued a clarification of the terms of distribution set by China Hospital Group, Inc. The Company said that the distribution is not a corporate action of Sunnylife Global, Inc., but rather a decision by China Hospital Group, Inc. to distribute a percentage of its capitalized shares to the shareholders of Sunnylife Global. The ratio of the intended distribution is one share of China Hospital Group, Inc. for every 6 shares of Sunnylife Global held by the shareholders of record on February 1st 2006. China Hospital Group, Inc. is a California privately-held corporation and its stock is not currently listed on any exchange. China Hospital Group is not a subsidiary or a spin off of Sunnylife Global and there is no consideration to be paid from Sunnylife or its shareholders.
